Workflow Don't Trigger on PDF_REPORT_CREATED event

Try to trigger workflow using PDF_REPORT_CREATED application defined event but didn't execute the workflow.

Type - Process Enrichment

Timing - Asynchronous

Granted the projection used in Workflow to IFSPRINT user also.

Even try with workflow which has just start and event but not executed.

Can you provide bit more information about the issue. What is the ifs version you are using?

can you check the BPA_ASYNC_SYS_TAB table for entries of the workflow to see if there any errors getting reported.

From the BPA_ASYNC_SYS_TAB I identify the triggering. It works.

Small question. Why there is no entry the observation section of the workflow even I Start Watch. Is it because this is Asynchronous.

Its now getting this error when executing WF

RuntimeException--Failed to execute the generated database statement.

Used the TaxCodesHandling UPDATE API call as IFS API type.

Error was solved by adding the company to USER.
