Hi Community,One of my XML Business rule is creating records for another table, But that thing is not happening consistently. When this BR fails I am geeting follwoing exception in the Server Log.“Exception executing business process perform: Metrix.BusinessServer.Transactions.Exceptions.TransactionNotFoundException: Cannot find any transaction associated with the current thread for the requested operation.”Has anyone any idea about it, what this exception belongs to and where I need to check in order to resolve it? Thanks In Advance !!

Hi, I am testing an integration with REST Sender. The integration will use OAuth 2.0 Client Credential authentication and works fine when I test with Postman. However when I perform the same via the IFS REST Sender am receiving 401 errors (for auth). This could be a configuration related mistake on my end and want to know if any one has used the REST Sender with OAuth 2.0 Client Credential? Regards,  

We have an inventory history quick report where we want to pull 4 columns from the latest PO Receipt for a contract/part.I’ve coded a solution however it hangs when I run the report. We have azure boxes set up where we have PL/SQL Developer, Crystal tools etc with access to our Apps 10 Rel9 cloud environments. Just installed IFS Report Designer + JDK on the azure box (as administrator) but the connection fail to connect - “You don’t have enough privileges to invoke this method”. Tried to run in normal mode and as admin, but the same message. My user has full admin privileges on the azure box.

It seems that IFS Touch Apps Cloud is hawing issues right now.We are getting timeout from Time Tracker app.How can those issues be reported? It seems that we cannot  use LCS for that. Upplink server and IFS applications are up and running. (we are using IFS9 and TimeTracker 2.1.8 on IFS Cloud - not internal Touch Apps server). Neno

Hi All,How to setup a lobby in AURENA as the home page for a group of users.In EE, we use to do it per Base profile but Base profile doesn’t exist in Aurena so is there is another way to setup the lobby other then doing it for EACH user (using Recent Screens button )? Much appreciate your help,Thanks 

There are some ways to integrate an external application with IFS 10 application. The first is using SOAP web services, and the second is using OData REST API.SOAP web service is placed under Integration documentation and has more menu in Routing Address/Rules, Messaging Application, etcBut OData is placed under user interface Aurena documentation, and I don’t see anything about Odata in the IFS Connect/integration menu.My Questions:Is it still best practice to develop integration with a third-party app using OData, even though we will not use the Aurena ?.   If we customize a menu di F1, is it will automatically update the related projection of OData? Thank you!

Hello community: We are currently on IFS Apps 9.We recently installed TAS 1.15.1.672 and rolled out IFS Time Tracker 9 2.1.9 iOS app for our field technicians.Currently we are getting ready for IFS 10 upgrade. It looks like there is a Time Tracker 10 iOS version for IFS 10.Once we complete the transition, would the Time Tracker 10 iOS work without any issue with IFS 10? Do we have to get a new TAS or can we continue to use the existing TAS?

Hi Community, I’m trying to extend the Travel Expenses TravelExpensesEmployeeHandling projection by adding a new custom LU. My custom LU is a simple one which includes keys of the Expense header and a persistent field.  I extended the standard projection and added the association with key mappings Problem 1:I want to add these fields to My Expense Sheet Details page.I Created a new list, and try to add to MyExpenseDetailPage

HiCan some one guide us how to use the IFS PDF Inserts in a Order Report. We need to print few PDF documents mandatory with Purchase Order.  The document TEXT Phrases, is a bit of challenge to align the content as per the expectations.  Where are and how can we call a PDF insert in the report? Is this a configuration in the report designer tool, Or is it to be configured or updated in the solution manager /report definitions. RegardsVivek

Hi All,Something very weird is happening in Aurena Lobby.I created a lobby for Aurena and granted to a permission set.Sometimes when I login data is loaded properly without any problem at all then after 1 minute if I try to re login again the page cannot be loaded !! without anyone doing any modification at all   .did this happen with anyone before ? Thanks for your suggestions  

How do we change the urls that the Apps 10 Weblogic server respond on?  For instance, if we use the FQDN get HTTPs responses but if we use just the hostname, we get a 403 Forbidden.  We do have DNS resolution to the host working properly and the installed SAN cert does validate the FQDN and hostname just fine, the issue is with the webserver configuration.

I was hoping someone could perhaps give me some pointers on why this issue is occuring and a possible resolution Issue – Active Separate API causes 100% RAM utilisation of the database serverIFSAPP9 Oracle 12C Server 2012R2 – 4vCPUs 32GB vRAM When a user saves a record in Active work order after assigning a person id, the issue occurs, where the session hangs for the user.  This does not happen consistently, at the moment it's occasional, random and has only occurred 5+ times in the last 3 months or so. Once the session hangs I can observe the session process from a SQL query and the only option is to terminate the process to free up the RAM using orakill or such. 

I have a lobby that navigates to a page using a filter:page/ShopOrderOperations/List?$filter=OrderNo eq $[ORDER_NO] and ReleaseNo eq $[RELEASE_NO] and SequenceNo eq $[SEQUENCE_NO]result:It is also working with a scrop:page/ShopOrderOperations/List;scope=Assign But I cannot get it to work with a combination. E.g.:page/ShopOrderOperations/List;scope=Assign;?$filter=OrderNo eq $[ORDER_NO] and ReleaseNo eq $[RELEASE_NO] and SequenceNo eq $[SEQUENCE_NO] 

When I preview a purchase order selecting en or de as language I get different overall line spacing on the pfd generated.When selecting en (english) as language the line spaceing is larger  then when I select de (german).I use the same layout only selecting different language.I have no report rule that is formatting the layout.What else could format the  pdf differently depending on language?
