Hello,I tried to add users do group by SQL command INSERT INTO USER_GROUP_USER_TAB and command successfully added row to table but I do not see it from IEE interface. First question is: is it possible to add users to group by SQL command? second: how or what more I must do to add user by SQL command?I have IFS 10.Best Regards.

I need some help with a safety inspection. It currently is in state = ‘Complete’ as below image but there are some not completed safety actions so it should be still open.Any ideas how to reset the state to show as planned? 

Is it possible to setup that different lobby start page depending if user logon through; Mobile, Computer etc.Exampleuser logon through Computer and get Lobby start page with a lot of info.When user logon through mobile Lobby start page is more limited with less information.

I have a data source with a Market_Code parameter. The Lobby Element is a counter displaying  a total value On clicking on the counter it opens the correct Quick Report but it is waiting for the user to enter the parameter. How can I get the Lobby MARKET_CODE parameter value to pass through to the Quick Report Market Code parameter. In the past with list elements this is easy because it is simply a case of selecting the target column:   However, the counter doesn’t have this options.  I tried adding the Lobby Parameter value to the Data Source:  But the counter doesn’t have the target column option.

Hi,In Forms you have RMB Output/Quick Print… Is it possible to change the layout behind Quick Print. We want to change font and font size and also add information about who ordered the report?

We are running IFS Apps10 UPD10 We are trying to create a Pick List layout using SSRS.  We successfully got our dev machines setup. We built a layout using the IFS Report Data Services data source, with the wsdl connection string When I enter a result key - I see IFS data in the report using preview pane - so I am successfully connecting to IFSBut - when I deploy the report to the Reporting Server - when I test the Data Source - I get a wsdl errrorDoes anyone know what this means?  I’m looking for a next step and I’m out of ideas.  I already had IT run the MWS reconfig step.  But this is specific to the SSRS server.

If a LTU is created with an over allocation of access, is it possible to deny specific users to part of the LTU grants.Example:  If my LTU contains read access to Inventory Parts, Sales Parts, and Safety Incidents.  Can I  assign the LTU to two different types of users and deny access to Safety Incidents to one of those users?​​​​ A follow up question; Is there a minimum quantity of seats when defining a LTU?  Could I purchase just one seat of a configuration?

I’ve got a counter lobby element that I want to launch tbwOverviewCustomerAgreement from.The screen launches fine but it’s got a company filter on it and this is not passed to the screen from the lobby element.  I can’t figure out how to pass the COMPANY from the data source.Anyone got any ideas?

When we click on Search we usually see the Keywords at the top of the screen.  For some reason this is now missing. Where can this be enabled/disabled? Regards Joh

Hello, How can I sort by month in the IFS lobby tools. 

Environment: Preview Environments Portal Test plan: Log into IFS 10 Enterprise Explorer  Create a lobby element and add it to an existing lobby. Verify that it is working as expected in the EE.  Now go to Aurena and try to open that lobby.  I am getting the below error. Does anyone know why I am getting this error. (App 10/ Ver 5.0.8.0) We recently switched to AD authentication in our App10 upd 5 environment. After switching to AD auth I made a change to a BR report and re-published it IFS. I can run the report successfully from IEE and BR add-on but other users get an Excel error: HRESULT: 0x800401A8. All other existing BR reports deploy successfully for users. Only the recently changed report errors out for other users. Has anyone else experienced this before or know what may be causing this issue? I have tried un-publishing and deleting the report, with no success. I also logged in as App Owner account and still received the same error. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

We are running IFS 10.Recently we came across a situation that when we was importing the Application Configuration Package from IEE, even one hour been passed, no response is returned from the server to the client.It only happens on clustered application server and database server environment. We use Azure Application Gateway to load balance accesses on Application Server, and use Azure Load Balancer to provide a stand-by database service.Question:What could be the cause of the following issue? We would appreciate it if someone could give us some advice for investigating.
