Migration Job Stuck Executing

HI,


We have a migration job - to create parts in Apps 9 that is stuck on  Executing. We moved the user over to another migration job and that has now become stuck.

 

We are importing a CSV sheet, prior to migrating the data into the various Parts field.

 

The error message states that the migration job has errors. We can not unpack the file, nor can we open on the local or server machine and both have been restarted.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

How many parts are in the file?

Have you done a test file successfully with 1 part to know the job works?

If you’ve restarted the machines, I don’t think you’ll see the errors again from the previous run of the job, but until you are sure the job works with a single part, it will be difficult to find the error without details.
