java.lang.RuntimeException: Operation completed successfully

Getting above error with some print jobs in print manager.
Job still processes and prints out of the printer which indicates no hardware issue, it originates from one printer but it kills the Print Agent service in a process bringing all printing down. But Print Agent running as console without any issues. 
Have anyone ever come across this
