A print agent is setup on Apps10, using spooler option. 108 printers are defined in the ifs-spooler-config.properties file. Only the first 100 printers gets added to the print agent when it is started. THe last 8 never gets initialized. If one of the 8 “non-working” printers are moved up in the .properties file, that printer now gets initialized and works fine, but another one stops working.Is there a limit to use only 100 printers in a print agent?

I need to migration data many rows on one column and I created CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE procudure and setting File Mapping.And then created MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA procedure and setting File Mapping but MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA procedure error  is following belowCould you tell me How Should I do about error?  Thanks in advanceBest RegardsOnjira

Hi Customer noticed time to time that wadaco terminal freeze for none specific step for about 20-60s. I find out that one of the reason is checking wadaco license for every new or updated wadaco session.So probably there is some issue with web services. For test I prepared below procedure as o copy of license check using by Wadaco.Then I noticed that when I open new test window in PLSQL Developer first every launch of this anonymous block on IFSAPP account takes about 20-60 seconds. It waits on calls:  Plsqlap_Server_API.Invoke_Record_Impersonate('BrowseLicenseFile', 'GetCustomLicense', record_); Customer is using AD authentication so maybe here is the problem. As I know Invoke_Record_Impersonate procedure is using IFSPLSQLAP user for authentication. I have got confirmation that this user is not used in AD confirmation.I heard beside this application firstly tring find this user on LDAP server and this could take much time.

We are only just starting to make use of Aurena in my company and so are having some beginnners questions, that cant seem to find the answers to in the documentation.When editing a column, are the column width/size locked to the control sizes? As an example, we have a column in the Available Training events that we think is to narrow, but when increasing the control size to double it is too large. Is it possible to choose a character length for a column. We tried the maxlength, but with seemingly no effect Best regards

Hello,I am trying to email an excel quick report but get this error:Error (ID: c998fa03-ade4-46ce-99e0-84a102031eae) while invoking opertion: Insufficient privileges to export the quick report to Excel. Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Insufficient privileges to export the quick report to Excel. I followed the instructions on IFS help, but there was nothing there to help me with the error.  Do we know what is the cause?Thanks, Mark

Hi All,Is it possible in Aurena to implement a lobby which navigates to a custom page while passing a parameter to the custom page ? is there is a special syntax to use in the Web Access URL Address or it is something to add as binding in the custom page (what is the association to specify? )    In My lobby once I click on Project ‘X01’ I need to navigate to the custom page listing all users signing to project X01URL Address with this syntax just list users in ALL project: page/Signinout2/Signinout2Page?pageParams:$[cf_Project]$:CF$_PROJECT  Thanks a lot

Hi all,working with UPD8. trying to add the below custom page in AURENA. This custom page must be added as a tab in ‘Project Definition’ function.    when I Click on ‘View Page’ no content is displayed ! The page works totally fine in EE. Following the documentation, I believe the next step will be to add it to the page designer but I don’t have a Data Source field to specify when I create a new Selectors  Help is much appreciated,

Hello,Which Oracle table holds information pertaining to AD User Integration Configuration page in IFS?My client has different AD User groups (around 30) for their TEST and PROD environments and we would like to update these groups (image below) automatically using a script following a DB clone. Manually deleting and re-creating 30 group mappings is time taking.Alternatively, is there any way to export and re-import the entire Configuration itself? This will make it very easy too.Our last option is to consolidate the 30 groups into 2-3 groups for TEST and re-add them manually following TEST clone. But hoping one of the above two options are available in IFS.TIA!

Customer need to buy crystal report developer and they are on Apps10. Can they use Crystal Report 2020 64 bit version?

Has somebody any experience how to access by a URL to an external document. in APP 10 and Aurena as well, I want to press the  link via "Attachment" to view a document. The connected object can e.g. be a WO or Asset. Is the solution to use  custom fieldt o create links or is there any other way. to do this.  One solution is to create the document ID and title, but the file reference is a URL to an external server  Is Aurena different in any respect. / Thomas

We are using Redhat OS as IFS10 Middleware. The IFS Enterprise Explorer does not have any issues. But the Aurena cannot show its menu. The system runs forever without any result.We already ask IFS Regional but still no answer until today.  Please help.  

We are running Apps10 UPD10 We created a new CustomLU in IEE and selected the “Create Projection” option.  Now we are in API explorer, looking for that custom projection.We figured out that CustomLUs are listed in the Aurena API Explorer screen with CustomProjection as the prefix in the Projection name (example - CustomProjectionCustomerStandard).  We are seeing our other CustomLUs in the list, but not the one we created today.  What steps publish the projection to API Explorer?  I’m not sure what we did differently on this one? and PS - suggestion to make this more useful.  All CustomProjection% APIs have the exact same description “Autogenerated Project for Custom LU”  It would be very useful if either the prompt or the comment from the CustomLU definition (if available) were used here.

Hello Team, We have requirement to encode and decode on XML tag value from 35 Chars to 16 chars and vice versa. Example:XML Tag <EndToEnd> 123456789102205202112345678910<EndToEnd>  now we have to encode this to 16 chars and then once we get the same value in another input xml file then we have to revert back with same value as 35 chars.  Has anyone came across this kind of requirement?

In working on the Purchase Order layout in report designer I’ve noticed a difference between the formatting of the DELIVERY_ADDRESS and the POSTAL_ADDRESS fields. One is formatted line by line StreetCityState Post CodeCountryWhere as the POSTAL_ADDRESS is set out asStreet, City, State Post Code, Country. However in the Company Address these are formatted the same, even if i place the same address ID in both fields on the PO the same address is displayed differently. Is there somewhere that the formatting of these fields is set?
