Hi, To import a CSV from FTPS , we would like to use IFS Connect.And from my understanding, the flow will be:IFS Connect – FTP Reader FTPS IFS Connect – Routing Rules , Routing Address In Routing Address – we need develop an transform (in Java or xlst) , convert CSV to IFS XML Then, to read that IFS XML and insert into DB,  we need develop a BizAPIIs the understanding correct?  And how people do this in Real Project? Also, with IFS Cloud,since we are discarding BizAPI,  then how we implement the actual logic to insert data to DB.

I got this error in Application Message when I try to Print Order.I tried to find it in Oracle Alert Log but unable to find the relevant.How can I get this mentioned details from alert log? Application Message Thank you in advance!

Hey community, Wondering if anyone has ever written or used a procedure to auto save a file to SharePoint. Team and myself have successfully written a few procedures that run data extracts from IFS DB that save a file to a chosen path on different drives + using scheduled database tasks to execute them at specific times/dates, but not cloud. Would love to hear what route you’ve taken if you’ve completed something like this before? I’m on Apps9, 12c Oracle DB. Thanks,Kasia

Hi all, I have a custom page in IFS which sits within ‘Quality’, however despite a user having full access to the permission set they still cannot view the page. I assume this is something related to refreshing the page/security cache to pick up the newly added user? Thanks,R

Hi All,I’m trying to add media to the Serial Object in Apps9, and I believe I’ve set up the object connection correctly. But it wasn’t showing on the serial object page. I therefore logged in as IFSAPP to check it wasn’t a permission issue and I’ve got the same issue, have I done something incorrectly? Please see screen shots below taken when logged in as IFSAPP   

 I have a question about formatting on IFS lobby.I want to add a conditional formatting that when the Balance value  is higher than the budget value it has to be red color. But how can I indicate this in the formatting tab? I am not very familiar with the formatting section.  

Hi AllI think since time began (versions 2003, 7.5 and now 9) we have had a single process for all Batch Queues except for the Fast Queue, which has two!I believe I have seen the Deliver function lock itself a few times, as in the fast queue two Deliver transactions can run at the same time. I feel this queue should only have 1 process, if any jobs within have the potential to lock, when running at the same time?Does anyone out there have a Batch Queue with more than one process? if so, what functions do you have in that Queue?Also, we have two Touch Apps queues, but do not currently use touch apps. Has anyone removed/deactivated these? I assume as it is not running it wont hold a process? or perhaps it does?Any advice or just your experience of Batch Queue would be appreciated. I have seen other results on here regarding how many processes set in Oracle etc… that is not a concern for us.ThanksMike

From IFS APP10 ( and of course IFS Cloud) , we are encouraged to use Rest API as main intergration method.While, what supprised me is there is NO history loggin for Inbound Rest API . So, we don’t konw:if we received a message from External System what’s the inbound message content what’s the API result (error ? succees) what’s the detailed response we send back to External Systemwithout information above, it is impossible to trobule-shooting any intergration issue. So, I would like to know when R&D supposed to implement such important function?At least , an projection - “Action” should be logged. 

We are looking for a whitepaper or IFS doc stating which areas of PCI DSS 3.2.1 are satisfied for a customer using IFS Managed Cloud ERP.For example, as a customer, all of Requirement 3 is unable to be verified by us because we do not have visibility into the IFS data retention procedures and physical media handling of (for example) HDDs/SSDs in the Azure Datacenter.Specific areas that I feel may be applicable are Req 3, 4, (parts of) 6, & 7. Thanks!

Hi, I have created two custom LUs and respective pages for those custom LUs. Custom Master Data Custom DetailsCreated the custom command with Navigation Link type and entered below details.Label Page  Navigate filter (Created with common columns in both pages)When tried to navigate from master page to Details Page it is showing all the records even though Navigation filter is applied. The strange thing is that when we tried to navigate the generated URL of the page showing the Filter conditions correctly but data is not populated accordingly. Please suggest.

And now we would like to print the attachments too. We have our files with connection to routing head. But they will not automatically be printed because they have to be on routing guidelines. I do not have (+) symbol displaying the custom API (see example below highlighted in yellow). What do I need to do to make all the procedures and functions in my custom API available to create a task?FYI -  I already refreshed the cache.I was expecting to find something like the custom API => eNYNC Solutions, where I can click on (+) and see all the procedures and functions.
