I have created a lobby for the B2B portal.
I manage to make it available for users with LTU license for the portal, adding it in :
Aurena > solution manager > security > permission set > " on the permission: " Projections and lobby pages
I would like to know by adding this lobby in my LTU, if the user will always consume a LTU or FULL license?

You can only connect FND_WEBRUNTIME and FND_RUNTIME permission sets to your LTU. So, if you are adding permission set for the lobby, that means you need to configure the permission sets for the LTU again. Otherwise your license gets invalidated.
Therefore, kindly contact IFS Consulting to generate the license file based on the revised permission set.
