is it possible show an explenation of graphs or list elements on lobby when mouse over it ?,
or does any solution for showin explanation of elements on lobby .

There is a limited explanation we could introduce explicitly to a graph/chart apart from the data used.
Yet, if you create a barchart, based on the data, there will be an indication.
In a pie chart, the percentage is also shown when we hover over the chart.
In a counter, there is no indication when hover over. Still there is an option to add Element Text. So could be used to provide any additional information regarding the counter element.
But for lists, there is no such explanation could be identified.
The concept behind the lobbies is to provide the overall picture. So, it would not be full of explanations. But as a solution, there is the option to navigate to view more information. That could be used as an alternative.
