I was asked these below questions with regard to the upgrade. Any comments please? Can Apps 10 provide a public facing webserver to be accessible via Azure WAF’s (Web Application Firewall)? Is there an option to load balance across 2 to lose single point of failure? The intention is to use hybrid EE and Aurena, does this affect the ability to use the aforementioned Public facing Webserver Is there support for Windows Server 2022 in the pipeline? If so when? Oracle ASFU- we have Advanced Dataguard so will it cover licensing against Oracle19c?

Hi !I understand we can define group of users to more efficiently manage permission sets.However, I searched everywhere, I do not understand how to define permission sets for a user group.  Let say, I have a profile called Project Manager.I want all my project manager to have at least the permission sets:PS_01, PS_05, PS_25 & PS_32I thought i could attach these 4 permission sets to this user group, and when i put a user in this group he will inherit these 4 permission sets.Is it working this way?Thanks.

Hi,Can someone please help me figure out a way to display the “CUSTOMER_ORDER_DELIVERY” as a TAB on the Customer Order.  I am unable to find the Page associated with “CUSTOMER_ORDER_DELIVERY”.  I believe the LU name is CustomerOrderDelivery.Any help would be appeciated. Thanks,Paresh

Hi Everyone , i have a custom field in aurena, that field has a Reference for another field , that reference works like a LOV, and i need add a Where Clause for This LOV, i stay in this configuration but doesnt work, if somebody knows if i skip a step or doing something wrong please help me  

Hello Community, I have been reading several other topics about the same question I have. I was able to create the Application Server Task (Screenshot 1) and schedule the Database Task (Screenshot 2),When the database task runs the background job the result is positive => Status =(Ready)(Screenshot 3).However, the status for the Application Server Task is (Waiting) Screenshot4- and I do not receive the email.I was wondering if anybody from the community could direct me to the right path to fix the issue.My goal is send the quick report via email. Hello:We deployed a REST based IFS web service and when we test an app against the web server we are getting CORS errors. I can run Chrome --disable-web-security to get around it in testing but we need our users to use it on their browsers.CORS-Cross Origin Resource Sharing.

Are there situations where an external file load should not be used?  I have created/tested one to load a Closed Date on the Purchasing Into tab on a Receipt in our test environment.  It appears to work fine, rather than typing that date in manually, and has the desired effect of clearing the ‘leftover’ quantity received from the RNI report. Is there any reason why we shouldn’t use an external file load for this purpose:

Hi,   I am trying to create a new layout for the report ‘Inventory Location No Barcode’. I am only changing positions and font size.  Original Report   Centered the Barcode and Location No   Report with the new layout. HiI’m trying to connect ifs cloud with dell boomi. I tried to register a boomi component with basic authentication giving end point url, username and the password. But unfortunately authentication wasn't successful. Is there a specific setup needs to be done from IFS side? eg. setting up IAM client etc. If basic authentication is not supported in cloud please let me know the steps to authenticate my boomi component using oAuth? ThanksRoshanga

Hi! I have been working to remove/ hide the Quick RMA Registration button through page designer, but I genuinely can’t find the button when I go into page designer. The idea behind this is that we would only like to create RMA’s through orders.I’m currently working out of Apps 10 in Arena. I went to the IFS Focus Meeting last week and I was able to see the button to turn on on Cloud.Anybody see something I’m missing? APPS 10:CLOUD:  

Hi,  I want to know is the IFS policy on the licenses at the stage of project implementation of IFS CloudR1Is it required to buy the full licenses by the customer even at the beginning of the project implementation or is there any license type for test environment installation for the implementation phase?Or as the last resort, should the customer at least buy few full licenses enough for their consultants in the early phase. Thanks,/Methshika

Hi all,Recently, we setup mail sender details in ifs application for a customer. Now, there are some  new mails are received  to users with irrelevant subjects. Is there any way to find out from where these mails are generated? I checked application messages regarding this emails but couldn't find any details.is there any place to check further. How can we retrieve content of the yellow sticky notes (i.e. tool strip, notes icon) via SQL query for any entity that could have yellow sticky notes such as Customer, Customer Order, Shipment,  Invoice, Supplier, etc.?  Searched PL/SQL for API's and the database for tables/views but could not find any viable candidates.  We’d like to be able to retrieve the sticky note text for reporting and analysis purposes.

Searched PL/SQL for API's and the database for tables/views but could not find viable candidates except for one API (basi1app.CUSTOMER_ORDER_API, that has several “get” options i.e. .Get_note_text(CO.ORDER_NO) or Get_Note_ID (CO.Order_no) .  Was unable to find a similar API for CUSTOMER NOTES, or other entities.
