Hi All, 

We have setup email notification for absence requests and receive below error message for some requests and it shows in application messages as failed.

Error Text:

Fatal error while sending data... 
Caused by: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, user password has expired. 

Which user password has expired? IFS login user account is active.

Hi @TopMalinG ,

 

This is referring to the authentication details provided in the Mail Sender in IFS application. 

To Check you can refer the Mail Sender configuration under Setup IFS connect window. 

Make sure the authentication details are correct and this error should no longer appear.
