Background jobs are with errors. When I have tried to drop the index and create it new one, message appearing “ACTIVITY_TIX” is non existing index and same thing happening with “DOCUMENT_CONTENT_TIX”. I am surprised how it happened?

Hi @CALIDUS,

Unless someone intentionally dropped these indexes, sometimes we have seen Search Domain indexes getting invalidated after an activity such as a database cloning.

Have a look at the response marked as answer in following post and follow the steps to activate the dropped Search Domains.

Unless this is a recurring issue, you should be able to treat this as a one-off.

Hope this helps!

Hi Charith,

Thanks for your response but as far I know we haven’t tried to clone the database. If possible please tell us the solution.

Thanks

Hi Charith,

I can’t drop the index because it doesn’t exist. In the solution, it is saying that to drop the index and create again with schedule activation but index doesn’t exist.

Regards

Calidus

Hi @CALIDUS,

Since the index is already dropped, you can skip that part and proceed from step 4 onwards.

Thanks a lot Charith. It worked well.👌
