Is it possible to restrict a number custom field to not accept negative numbers?

So the key user has prepared a new element and it is of the list form. The data is represented very nicely and every one happy. Now there are more than one pages to show. I know we have the page option in the lower right corner.  Question from key user is: is it possible to export the results in the list to Excel (csv or some other format). My initial thought is no, but I like to be proven wrong. PS. My suggestion to the customer was to prepare a quick report (answer: but then I'm missing the results in the lobby).

We need to add a command to an Aurena screen to execute custom logic. As per the documentation, we can add actions to a projection from methods deployed in the database.  But is there a way to do a pure configuration without touching the database for a customized logic similar to the functionality with custom RMB's PL/SQL block in IEE?I am looking for a solution for an instance running on IFSAPP10/UPD13.

Hi all,I have a problem, search option is not working in app 10 environment. here all search domain are enable and also i disabled them  and rescheduled search domains again . but didn't work. refer attach images further. anyone know how to fix it?  Thank You   

Hello Guys   Wondering if anyone has used Email Attachment functionality within Event Action (on Apps8/9)? After opening the Attachment dialog box, the very first option- Attach Files (as shown in below fig.) is the one I am trying to figure out. Second option- Create and include file works absolutely fine.   Looking at Apps 9 Tech document, it states: “Email Attachments For email event actions you can add one or more files as attachments. Click on the button next to the Attached Files field to open a dialog where you can type the full path to the files that should be included.”   But, once i provide below path (as highlighted in yellow), custom event stops firing email so wondering if there is any particular path format which i need to follow here.   Thanks in advance.   Best, Dinesh  

We need add a button , and click button to open a file dialog, choose a csv file  to get data .

Hi, Does the IFS REST connector work with ifs cloud 21R2? I tried to connect but gives me an error when authenticating using OAuth 2.0. Basic Authentication is not enabled with ifs cloud. The error I’m getting, Connection,Are there any additional configuration needs to do? I have successfully added OAuth configuration and token generation was also successful. If you get back to me with the solution it will be a big help. ThanksRoshanga

Hi Community. Is here a insturction available how to downgrade the IFSCLOUD Standard TLS 1.3 to TLS 1.2.We know that TLS 1.2 is supported bei IFSCLOUD but Build Delivery is always with TLS 1.3boomi is not supporting TLS 1.3 because of security issues and so we need to reconfigure some how. It is urgent and if anybody have a solution or  a short description we would appriciate that. Thanks a lot

We need to access an external site from an Aurena  lobby element, adding variables to the URL-path (not as parameters).Ex. https://externalsite.com/page/sessionguid/ABCDEF0123456789/The external site does not support the more traditional syntax:https://externalsite.com/page?sessionguid=ABCDEF0123456789 We have tested by adding the following to the Aurena Lobby Element (Web Access URL Address field):https://externalsite.com/page/sessionguid/$[sessionguid]/ but the link is output as is, including brackets, dollar sign and variable name. Any solutions?

Hi there, Is there a way to re-process a notification which is in waiting state? I have an issue with my notification, it had an error where the recipient had @@ signs. So it gave me Error while sending data... Caused by: javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Domain contains illegal character I have since corrected it. I have suspended a message and resumed it but it went to the same state. Notification is triggered by custom event when project is marked started. Is there a way to re-try message?

Hi, Scenario:I need to create a lobby data source where 2 views are involved.View1- DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCEView2- PROJECT_BASE from view1 has project title,view 2 has project id and manager name these two view has no relation between them, but I use regexp_substr to sort out view2.project_id from view1.titleand using that project id I fetch the manager. Since lobby data source can only use one view, I have implemented this using IAL.Query:select a.*, b.manager from DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE a, PROJECT_BASE b where  b.project_id = REGEXP_SUBSTR (a.title,'(\S*)') Problem: I need the result per manager in lobby condition, using lobby datasource. But it is showing an error while clicking lobby element and no data is getting populated, Is there anyway to do this.Or do I have to create a custom column for manager to solve this issue? Please Advise...Thanks in advance Error    

I am try to figure out what user/owner CTXSYS and MDSYS are used by for in Oracle19?Are they needed? 

I want some of the users to have Read-Only access to events. In the Permission sets, when I RMB and do Grant Query at the Events folder level, nothing changes. Then I tried the lower level, Event action, and New Event action, and tried to Grant Query to a specific page, but the Grant Query option is grayed out. My only option is to give the users full add/modify/delete access. Is this an IFS design, or is it a bug? And how can I set read-only access to events?Please advise. Thanks!

Hi, We need to insert all the documents attached to an invoice (DocMan attachments) at the end of the PDF created when printing the invoice. So, when user print the invoice, the PDF being created will have the invoice (the report) and all the attachments (all in one PDF file).Is this possible to be done using a configuration?
