Creating a Reference Custom Field => Error Details -4063

Hello IFS Community,

 

I am trying to create a custom “Reference Field”.

When I try to “Published” the following error window pop up.

Any idea how could I fix the Error Details -4063 in \CUSTOM FIELD CODE\MRB_HEAD_CFV.VIEW\VIEW_CODE  ?  btw, We are in IFS 9.

 

My Custom reference field is calling a custom view. It is working correctly.

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA,

Check whether the ‘custom view’ is available in the below list. 

 

If it is, make sure that it is ‘approved’ and re-publish it.

Thanks so much for your response.

I checked and it does not appear on the list of view. See Screenshot for more details.

Why? How could I make it available?

 

However, the custom view appears when I am creating the custom field. See next screenshot for more details.

Any idea or advice ?

Hi ZTC ZTC JGOTA,

 

From what I understand in the images I Can see you have the error ‘No home page exists for this view.’ This can be the issue for the problem.  The LOV you created (ZTETCEMPLOYEMRB2)  needs be added to a logical unit in code level which requires to contact our consulting team to fix it. 

 

this might gives you an idea.
