Hello all,
We have an issue with the print agent I was hoping someone could help with. We are on IFS 9, UPD17.
For some reason, a print job that seems to print properly, is hours later, being reprinted by the print agent. When I check the IFS related logs, no errors are showing and there is a single print job in the print manager and PDF archive.
The agent will continue to print this job over and over unless it is restarted.
Any ideas?
