A customer has reported from Aurena client apps10, when one record is selected, all the other similar records are getting selected in return. It seems the selection is based on the Description but not the IDs.Since it is not possible to restrict records with similar descriptions getting added, a fix should be focused on just inserting the one that is selected instead of all. In IEE it only inserts the one that we select.Screen captures of the issue are as below from apps10 regional test. 

Hi,does someone has idea how to communicate with .NET WCF with WS-Security policy “WSHttpBinding” with some Encryption and Signing?Currently I’m using WCF “proxy” service which contains WCF client, hosted in IIS on application server with simple http soap inteface to communicate with IFS via generated Java client lib used in serverpackage.But I’m affraid this could be problem in Cloud.Do you have some better solution?BRFilip

Hi,do we have someone here who happens to know how to fix a layout issue for some users?I highlighted below the effect that some users see - form fields covering tabs. The issue is that the Admin who is able to help normally, cannot see this issue, so cannot move the elements around safely.Any ideas?

Hi Everybody.I am wondering if anybody has been able add the certificate “open-banking.pfx” into IFS version 10.8.I have tried the following in our DEV environment.Install it manually on the server, Export the .cer file after the install and with that file I have done a re configure. Install it with CMD prompt into Java directly.When I test in routing address I get 403 forbidden error message.

We have always relied on a contractor for our document changes. We are attempting to handle those internally now and we were sent all of the rdf, layout and schema files from our previous contractor. I’m finding that some of the changes we need to make are in the .rdf files and I’m assuming those are only accessible from the IFS Developer Studio, not Report Designer. Has anyone else successfully transitioned their operational/trade docs from a contractor to in house or contractor to contactor?We are on APPS10, UPD16

How to change default value for “Create Order in Released Status” for the Create Order from Quotation page?I’d like this to be defaulted to false and then, by removing it from the page via page designer, I’d like to remove this so no one can enable it.This field is labelled as ‘Status’ but shouldn’t there be a way to default this value in either the page designer, or in some setting?Would anyone know where this gets modified?Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

How can I model a custom report in IFS Developer Studio? Is there an example or tutorial for how to create a custom schema?

Hi Our customer configured external repository for some document class on FTP server. Normally it works fine but time to time he faced randomly error message:There is no any errors in logs on FTP server side. Sometimes in j2ee logs below error occurs. I am not really sure it is related to connection with FTP2023-03-07 16:36:44,582 240 ??? Hi, we have enabled Grafana in IFS Cloud using the IFS documentation, but other than this introduction https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/020_installation/010_installing_fresh_system/030_preparing_server/56_metrics_monitoring/ there doesn’t seem to be any overview of the existing dashboards and how to interpret them. Currently, the Grafana experience is very overwhelming and it is hard to understand how to use the different dashboards to find relevant information. Are there any additional guides about Grafana, and how to interpret the different IFS Cloud dashboards it comes with? 

Hi All, I’m having an issue when adding Custom Fields from Customer Order to Business Opportunity page as a configuration.As following screen shots I have added a custom field to the Entity Configuration and Projection Configurations mapped accordingly.   Now in Business Opportunity window I have added a list and trying to include that custom field (TEST) here, but none of the custom fields are visible in the attribute list when trying to add to the content.I have tried refreshing projection cache, but no luck. Any solution for this will be grateful. 

How do I force UPPERCASE in Data Migration type MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA? I have a Source column and I want to force UPPERCASE on import of data, how can this be done? Is it done at the Method attributes?
