Logon with one user for multiple devices

All, 

I am wondereing if it is possible to logon with the same user frm multiple devices at the same time. I see in some posts in this community that it is not possible to logon to IFS IEE at the same time on different devices. But my question is related to a user who needs te be logged on to the scanit app for WADACO scanning and to the IEE client to create purchase requisitions. It looks like they have to logoff from the scanit app before the logon to the IEE client. Hopefully it is possible to manage this.
