Does IFS and especially the UTIL server use the MSMQ services fr anything?

Apparently our UTIL server has a version running that has been flagged with potential vulnerability but we don’t know why it is running on that server and non of the others.

Anyone know if this is part of IFS or if IFS even uses it?
