Hi, 

 

I am hoping somebody will be able to help me. One of our users reported this issue yesterday. When he opens IFS, he gets this error below. Even if he clicks Close, apparently it keeps popping back.

 

We are on IFSAPP 9. 

 

Did anyone had this before and know how could I fix it or cause of the error? 

 

I have checked all his set up and looks fine.

Never seen this before. Can you check the users language and see if it deviates from what you’d expect? Can you also check the users profile and see what has been set as the start page? Might be something odd in there.
