In an Apps10 environnement I can’t find the crystal runtime files nor IFS crystal web service on the add-ons page, do you know why and how can I download it please ?
+18Can you please check if your IFS 10 licene includes Crystal Web Services, as the links should apear on the Add-Ons page?
Also, you can check under IFS instance Home directory:
Example: E:\IFS\DEV10\instance\DEV10

The crystl component appear to be Installed.
The crystal web services files does not exist under ifs instance home directory
