Hello,What is the purpose of this database task and how can I call it properly? FND_EVENT_ACTION_API.ACTION_EXECUTEONLINESQLI tried using this and it keeps giving me an error saying SQL is not a valid reference. Is there documentation regarding the formatting of it’s parameters? I also would like to know what the purpose of this other database task is FND_WORKFLOW_CONNECTION_API.START_WORKFLOW and how I can properly call it. I also get an error when I try to invoke this database task. There is no documentation that I could find on the API Explorer or the IFS Cloud technical documentation. Thanks,Bryan

I’m trying to access a field from the scheduling resource. This works for a standard field like this: Resource_API.Get_Description(#RESOURCE_SEQ#) However, I want to retrieve a custom field and cannot figure out the correct syntax.Any pointer appreciated.

Hi All, I am trying to test Push Notifications from the application(ServiceEngApp - Windows) as well as using Mobile_Push_SYS.Send_Notification.I can see Push Notifications from Aurena User Log.However, I cannot see any Push Notifications from the mWO app.Notification Parameters have default values.Any thoughts?Please refer attachments for further info.

A IFS Cloud 21R2 environment was cloned from PROD to TEST and after the clone, the tasks are not automatically running in TEST env.So far we have checked that oracle batch jobs are running and job_queue_processes is set to a high number. Any other ideas what to check?

Hello , I need to get the status of the approval of my customer ( approval routing has been set ) but i can’t seem to find the right way to do it .To be more clear , I have a routing approval that I copy each time a customer is created so in the key ref I dont have the customer_ID ('CUSTOMER_ID=&OLD:CUSTOMER_NO^')How can I recognize my customer so that I can query on approval_status in IFSAPP.approval_routing tab. Thank you ,Hanane

Hello,Is there a way to delete a Service Resource after it is created in Cloud? We are able to modify certain information but there is no option to delete a Service Resource. If the record was created using a wrong Resource Group or Site, we are unable to delete and recreate the resource.Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi All,Does anyone have experience in setting up Routing Rule > Location Based Conditions > File Path for SFTP or FTP Reader in Apps10 or IFS Cloud?I would like to know the functionality of ‘File Path’ specially in Apps10 as it does not work as explained in IFS Documentation in IFS Cloud 22R2.In addition, let me know if you know the source code location of this functionality so that I can have a look. 

We have the below warning message in Oracle alert log.“Too many parse errors, count=89508 SQL hash=0x178dfb39”Is there a way to identify the actual SQL behind this error using this hash number?Best Regards-Kelum

I’m trying to create a shortcut in Aurena that has a saved search so when our operators click the shortcut, Aurena pulls the data in based on what I have in the search criteria, like we can do today in IEE. Any help is appreciated. There is a “filter” option but I don’t seem to be able to modify this when creating the bookmark. I’d like to be able to when I create the bookmark, that it picks up the criteria that I have specified on the page. 

We need to display a barcode in Aurena based on a text string.  Is this possible? This would be for Apps10 ideally.

Hello,We’re using IFS 9.  We’re able to enter a Manual Customer Invoice with no problems.  However, after the invoice is saved, clicking on the Voucher tab always causes the IFS application to freeze up: It does eventually unfreeze and display the vouchers, but it takes around 5 to 6 minutes.The debug console shows the time is being taken by one query running two times: The query is:select OBJID, OBJVERSION, INVOICE_ID, OPTIONAL_CODE, QUANTITY, AMOUNT, ACC_CURR_AMOUNT, THIRD_AMOUNT, TEXT, COMPANY, IDENTITY, PARTY_TYPE, VOUCHER_COMPANY, CODE_A, Decode(Code_A,NULL,NULL,IFSAPP.Text_Field_Translation_API.Get_Text(voucher_company, 'CODEA', Code_A)), Decode(Code_A,NULL,'S

Hello,I have recently created a workflow that sends a text only user task to alert the user when a shipment has attachments that need to be printed off.The event and event action I have created for this sees when the shipment_tab’s del_note_printed field has been changed, and if it has, trigger the workflow. This event action was able to be turned on before I added the user task, but now I’m getting this error.What kind of error is this and how do I address it? Should I be using something else other than a user task to alert the user? They dont need to input anything, they only need to see the notification.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi,I have written a script for granting permissions to user, but it is being effective after the refreshing Security Cache manually.I am aware aboutIFSAPP.SECURITY_SYS.REFRESH_ACTIVE_LIST__ (0);but i don’t know about parameter “0”, because we use parameter from 0 to 4 in some cases.Please suggest me in the script, it will be helpful. Thank you. 

Hi All,We are using MediaLibrary for expensedetail LU.When we try to view media attachments, the IFS application gets stuck and it will automatically solve within 55 - 60 seconds.When there are more expense sheets to check, waiting 60 seconds to return the application to a stable state will not work.Does anyone familiar with a similar situation or have any idea to solve this, please?Thank you in Advance!

Is there another way to report shop order labor time other than Shop Floor Workbench? Is the ability to report employee labor to a shop order operation only done through SFWB? Is there other options. We are using Apps10 UPD#11 IEE and Aurena.

Can Conditional formatting on a detail Tab reference header data? I am trying to use Conditional Formatting on the Receive Shop Order screen. I want the row highlighted in the Inventory Receipt TAB when the WDR field matches the Order_No field in the header data (Receive Shop Order) screen?Is the possible in APPS10 UPD#11 IEE?  

Hi,  We added new columns in Aurena Native and validation on columns, similar found that in Core validation are written on Actual Start and Actual FInish in entity JtTsk in Apps10.   But these validation are not working in Touch Apps , while engineer enter values in Mobile App. It accepts Actual FInish date before Actual Start.  Is it any way that engineer get error message on validation of Dates.  Regards,Kishore Nenwnai

There are many apps for sales or warehouse staff in apple and google store. Can anyone share the full list of these apps? Also, do we need anything extra to use these apps? Is there a way (in Enterprise Explorer version 10) to make a field mandatory on a screen for all users.I want to make a combo-box mandatory in Customer Orders for all users.I know it can be made mandatory by RMB- Properties-Mandatory and  then selecting the object from the list but that only does it for the user who is currently logged in. It doesn’t carry across to all profiles. I want to make the field mandatory for every profile. But I don’t want to alter the Base profile or personal profile.Is there a back-end table I can modify it in?

I don’t know what machine is the Print Server for an installation of Enterprise Explorer Apps 10 that I am working on. I looked in System Parameters but it doesn’t tell me. Is there an Oracle command that will tell me this or is it in a back-end table somewhere? I would like to know the IP address of it.Thank you.
