We have a Custom Procedure which runs as a part of Incoming Customer Orders Approval workflow that updates Custom Order header Ship Via based on Forwarder ID and several other parameters for specific order types and order status. Part is not one of the parameters, which are traffic and logistics related. Basically, the order is examined for case quantity and routed either LTL or parcel carrier.
I know of nothing in IFS Apps9 that handles the conditioned update of the Custom Trigger. There are so many conditions to check that a View is created and referenced by the trigger.
I suppose this could be implemented another way driven off a Custom Trigger on Customer Order Line History as the update is CUSTOMER_ORDER_API.Modify__ with the desired parameters.
