Document attachments in interfaces

In Application version IFS Apps10, when the inbound data is accompanied with attachments, is there a limitation of size?. The number of attachments that is expected in one of the customers is 5/6 documents along with purchase order data. The integration is using soap XML and documents would be converted to base64 and included in the XML file

Form Assistant - Temporary saved data

Does anyone know if the data entered in steps of a form assistant are saved somewhere? Idea is that after first step is done, a check is build with an event and react upon that with either an error or data is valid and step two maybe executed.Example of an assistant would be:

AD user assignment to a group, permission set... IFS Cloud

Hello,On IFS Applications 10, we had this screen:This one allowed us to IFS to connect to the AD but also to assign an Active Directory group to an IFS user group or even to a permission set.I wanted to know if the same thing exists in Cloud?I have already set up an Azure AD on IFS Cloud, but I can't find a way to directly assign my AD users to an IFS user group or even a permission.Thank you in advance! Theo

Error during Installation - scheduled jobs are running

During the installation, we get an error saying some of the jobs are still running. when we check the jobs, those are scheduled to run in different time, no any interruption to build.

Installation does error - Problem reading d:\ifs\ifs_home\instance\IFSTEST\client.war

IP Address change

Hi All,This is IFS APP 10.We had an IP address change and the configuration file contains the IP address instead of the DNS name (server name).We modified the config file but in the installer, still we can see the old IP address.I found below community post and it says to modify the connection string using the Admin Console.IFS APPS10, How configure/change oracle database connection string in IFS Application installer But the application URL is not working to connect with the admin console.Is there any other way to change this connection string or to connect to the admin console?Thank you in Advance.

Developer Studio Installation not ongoing

Dear all,on two machines running Windows 11 we can not install the latest developer studio version.After the configuration, the popup dissapears and no new Wizards appears. My problem does not reflect this solved topic: Any hints?

Column Ordering and sort behavior in IFS Cloud

Hi,How is the column order stored in IFS Cloud? Previously it was part of the profile, it doesn't seem to be the same now in cloud, not even with context. And same question for bookmarks, how the bookmarks get order? kind regards,Teeni.

Error Adding LOV Field in Company ID in Aurena

When a developer attempts to add a LOV (in Aurena) to the company id field using entity “Company” or entity set “Company Set” the developer gets an error as follows (when deploying the client file)   CompanyLovList is redeclared, without @Override or @Overtake annotation. Type: ListDefinition, Name: CompanyLovList, Source: PERSON/LovCompanySelector.fragment, Used in: Client PERSON/LovCompanySelector.fragment   [SourceFile]: C:\Users\amiglk\AppData\Local\DeveloperStudio\Cache\10.82\build_home_cache\__cmbvmpe4158_DEVAPP10_build_home\files\model\person\LovCompanySelector.fragment   [Line]: 35 Below is the screenshotWhen further investigated, it is found that the code generation for any LOV related to the entity “Company” will generate a “CompanyLovList”. But as stated in the error, this name is already used in the core layer in the PERSON/LovCompanySelector.fragment file. This is causing the error and the client file including the LOV cannot be deployed. any solutions or a workaround for

IFS Cloud log in issue - Invalid username or password - auth_type=code

Hi,This is about IFS Cloud log in issue.We cannot log in to Aurena client from any user (ifsapp owner, ifsadmin or any end user). Error message: Invalid username or password.We can log in to database from ifsapp owner, ifssys and ifsiamsys without any issues through sqlplus.We have recreated middletier but issue still exist.Then deleted pods one by one for ifs-ingress and then middletier recreated again (ie. namespace deleted and created from .\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller --values ..\..\..\config\ifscloud-values.yaml  --values c:\ifsroot\deliveries\build-home\solutionset.yaml command)But issue still exist.Password are correct at ifscloud-values.yaml which we tested from sqlplus for ifsapp owner, ifssys and ifsiamsys users.At the log file for ifsapp-iam, there was an error message as below.<error is at the attachment>We have noticed that at the above error message, the text ", auth_type=code," is not available.Please let us know how to overcome above error.Thanks,Mayura

Event Action error creating trigger with multiple tables

Hello all, I have created an event action to alert a group of associates when an Analysis fails. On the form, I have a custom field that allows the user to select their name from an LOV. I would like to pass this information along in my event action. However, that requires I select the CFT table. It appears to add the current items to my Custom Attributes, but when i save the record, I receive an error that the trigger cannot be created. I’m not very familiar with creating an event action that uses different tables, which leads me to believe I need to add some information to the Custom Attributes. Any guidance on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

File integrations

The customer would drop all attachments in a SFTP folder in binary format, from where the files are to be picked up and then checked into document management (which is configured to be in the database).  Request for possible best methodology to do this integration. Are there any endpoints available in Apps10 version of application which can be exposed to customer where binary file can be send in?

Column Ordering and sort behavior in Aurena

Hello, I am setting up customer contacts screen in Aurena. I am attempting to organize the columns in a consistent way for the user using page designer. I have found that the ordering of the content in page designer works when i view the information in table view, but not list view in Aurena. How do you do this for the list view in Aurena?  Additionally, i’d like to select the default sort criteria for Aurena (similar to having a saved search in IEE with Sort criteria set on startup behavior). Is this available in Aurena? If not, when will this functionality be available? Thanks!Carrie

Issues accessing IFS DEV

Hello,I’m trying to access IFS DEV for one of our users and getting the following error “ifs user has not been granted access to activity clientapplication”  This account was not created by me, but was already present.  I’m not sure if it replicated from our PROD environment.  I was successful in creating a new account for 2 vendors this morning so I’m not sure what the issue is.  When I get the error the following is what I’m using.  For some reason LDAP credentials are not working like they do in PROD. Username:  firstinitiallastnamePassword:   firstinitiallastname (all in CAPS)Any help would be appreciated.
