Hi All,I am facing  an issue with resource preference data  in PSO dataset . we have one dataset in FSM and mapped only one team under this dataset in team table. while loading dataset from FSM to PSO  getting error in events like bulk resource insertion failed ,To check this issue verified audit file and identified unnecessary resource preferences added in the loaded dataset irrespective of team associated to the dataset. I was not able to identify why other team resources preferences were  loading in this dataset which are not belongs to dataset team.Could you pleas help me to stop sending unnecessary resource preference to  the dataset. Thanks,Durga

Hi there, i have two questions:1.  when moving a task in the console from one resource to another, can we simply drag and drop the task, or do we need to manually break the work assignment?   2. When having to move an activity from the same resource today that has not yet been accepted or started, can we simply drag and drop the assignment to the next day without having to break the work assignment?

On mobile, is it possible to stop typing in the lookup field and perhaps stop typing in a field for reading the qrcode? If it is possible via script, can you give an example?

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding Recurring Service Programs - Combined Trigger Type.In the example below, I put start occurrence = 2, which means July since the program is valid from June, and occurrence interval = 2 which means one request will be generated every 2 months:This would work properly if I just consider the calendar. But when I have trigger ,,combined,, taking into account the operational hours, in the schedule tab, the first line shows June….why?Moreover, I can't generate requests because I don't have the scope added. I am using IFS Cloud (Service Management) 23.2.6 Thank you in advance for your help!Kind Regards,Miruna

Dear FSM experts, One of our customers is requesting the following requirements in FSM Smart Client, and I would appreciate your assistance: Requirements:Once a new record is created and saved, users should not be able to make any further changes to that record. When the screen first opens (search), it displays a list of all records in this table. However, users should not be able to open any of these records.We have created a new customized screen according to their requirements and attached a screenshot for reference. This customer primarily uses the Smart Client environment.  Is it possible to achieve these requirements through configurations alone? If anyone has any ideas on how to proceed, please let me know. Thanks & Best Regards,Amandi Soysa

In FSM Mobile, address.geocode_lat and address.geocode_long in DebriefOverview when displayed in UI, the trailing zeros are cut OOTB. For example, if address.geocode_lat = 34.89470000, in UI it displays 34.8947. We would like depict the value as it is in the database. Reference case: CS0218506

Hi All,Is there a way to hide the basline Status icon on every screen? I tried via the ‘Workflow Condition’, but that only works on Android, and not in iOS. The only way so far is adding it to the refresh script on every screen. We need to make the connection between the two environments.We used the IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant and we’ve encountered with some issues trying to finish the configuration: Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. I have  a lobby prepared which shows two counts depending one two different condition. I want to navigate the result into a screen which does not have the required search conditions that my lobby is based on and it is not possible to change that as well. I need to give a dynamic VALUE of the target column for it to work. I do not want the value to be hard-coded. Is there any way to fetch the VALUE of the target column from a different screen other than the screen I select here? How can I use the “MAPPED COLUMN”? It is disabled and I am not able to select it.

I did all the configuration as per the IFS help instruction but unfortunately shop order are not getting scheduled. Did the following setupimport MSO profile in PSO work bench Created MSO site  Check the server connectivity - it is connected Backgrounds job are getting triggered and in Ready status Application messages are getting triggered and in Finished status  Create a work center with finite scheduling  Create Labor class with finite scheduling  Created a structure & routing  Created shop order and used finite scheduling  Now I can see shop orders as activities in PSO work bench but are unallocated Receive response from PSO and shop order operation schedule status updated  to Unscheduled.Please help!!Regards,Mithun K V @Björn Hultgren 

In FSM BO Predefined Filters, once the user clicks the star to set a filter as default, it can't be removed. We need to be able to have a way to deselect it.IFS response on CS0172053 --> As per the baseline behavior you must needs to set at least one of saved search as default. Therefore its not possible to deselect saved search but you can select some other saved search if you needed.

I am looking to see if there is any baseline functionality in FSM6u25 to support the following being request as part of our IT security audit process- Security journal are enabled and log unauthorized login attempts 

i have try to integrated Cloud with PSO. To setup I use  Scheduling Optimization and Machine Learning Configuration Assistant. in final step, with finishing assistant it’s throws error,Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. I was enabled in PSO yesterday and was able to login through the Smart/web client. When I tried logging in today, my profile was not enabled and I could not login. Do you know what may have caused this?

On our test environment we are exploring Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) V1 as the legacy GCM/FCM method was deprecated 20/6/2023 and will no longer work 20/6/2024. Our Android devices do not seem to be registering in the Azure Notification Hub when FCM V1 is the only option (successfully linked and tested to Firebase).The “FSM Mobile Messaging Guide” we have was last updated 5/3/2021 and does not cover FCM V1, so am wondering if there’s a step we’re missing to have FCM V1 work, like a toggle in a config file, etc?

Hi All,  Apps 10 question  I have some work tasks that the execution time seems to update on its own. They are generated from a PM action but each time a work task is generated (normally once a month) the execution time seems to change. I think I read somewhere that IFS did an update where it could update the execution time based on previous completion time. But i cannot find this now.  Any help would be appreciated
