Hello,
We are working on implementing PSO for a customer and most of the activities in gantt will be on regular dates and will be assigned to the preferred resource. The activities are coming from recurring service programs.
However, if the preferred technician is unavailable, PSO will reschedule the activities and give them to someone else. In this case, the customer would like to see on the gantt when there were automatic changes made by PSO. Have you encountered such a scenario before or does anyone have any idea how this could be possible?
