Hi All,

I am facing an issue that many technicians work status in FSM is automatically changing to Off shift even if there is a valid work calendar tagged to a roster for that time period.

Please can you help me why this work  status is changing to Off Shift

To start troubleshooting the issue. I recommend you activate the audit for this field and see where the change is coming from.

Also, check all your client scripts and business rules and see if there are any changes triggered from there.
