PSO Missing activity status

Hi All,

Please help me to understand what is the reason PSO will show for an activity, the exception as “Invalid or missing activity status”.

Hi @B Lavanya ,

This is because the external application integrated to PSO is not sending a valid activity status that PSO or it is not sending an activity status at all. You could view it in under audits, in the load or change file. Valid activity statuses are as follows.

 

 

Please have a look what triggers this invalid change in the external application. PSO has nothing to do here. Hope this helps. Many thanks!
