I am looking for a way to associate a region to a person. I thought I could use the scheduling resources on the region details page. But there is nothing on the tab that allows me to add resources. How do I add scheduling resources to add to the region details tab Scheduling Resources?

From what I read, scheduling resources are created at Service => Scheduling => Basic Data => Scheduling Basic Data => Scheduling Resources. However, I don’t have that menu option in my navigator. Do you know why that would be?

Is there another way to associate a resource to a region or a person to a region? Thank you for your help!
