Required help on how to create customer profile in FSM, what are the mandetory parameters need to be defined in person level and how customer use the cutomer portal  to access the application?Is it possible to create Service Request  or to check status of request or personal information , even if not being a licensed user of application? Need help.

Unable to see the downloaded PDF report/Service inquiry form after I click on the “Print” button in any page.   In request page, if I click Print, getting the following error.System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Report file REQUESTS.rdlc not found.  Check CLIENT_REPORTS_PATH setting.   at Metrix.UI.ClientReport.RdlcReportHelper.OpenReportFile(String reportName)   at Metrix.UI.ClientReport.RdlcReportHelper..ctor(String reportName, String reportRefName, Boolean isSubReport, Dictionary`2 reportQueries)   at Metrix.UI.Util.RunReportingService(String reportNameWithParameters, String outputFileType) But, corresponding *.rdlc files are there in installed path location. (…….\Application Server\ServerInstallContent\ClientReports\BaselineReports)Earlier issue was not there. Please advise.

Hello, Currently we have an alert set for when a part need is entered, the alert will display the part alternatives for that original part.However, if there are 3 part alternatives, it will only show 1 Below is the business rule, how can i modify it in order to perform this? 

In FSM, mobile users have an "On shift" & "Off shift" option. This is located under PERSON.WORK_STATUS.Is it possible to have PSO schedule a tech only when they're ON SHIFT and when they are OFF SHIFT it does not consider them for work?Thanks in advance,

Hi ,can anyone tell me, how to apply the custom theme in FSM .i have copied the default.xaml and chaged to globaltheme.xaml and provided the primary and secondary color .The globalTheme is deployed in the theme folder.i have even given the path in app param (PATH_TO_CUSTOM_THEMES).But the custom theme is not reflecting .Can u tell me what is the step that i am missing here.Thanks Muthujayashree R

Hi all, I am trying to connect to one of our customers API to notify them of a new claim for one of their customers. I believe I can connect fine but the result I am getting is the "Request body does not match schema". It appears they would like to receive the transaction like the below. {     "windscreenRef": "10610710",     "policyNumber": "HG721101",     "fixType": "repair",     "fixDate": "2020-07-20",     "bookingInDate": "2020-07-20"   } However I am struggling as the Cust Integration Map is asking for Primary Path. With the message being sent using the JSONOutboundConnector, what do I need to do to be able to post the message but with out a Primary Path? By default, if we click on Service Request Inquiry Print button , output is in PDF format.Is it possible to get both the option as output on print click, as Excel as well as PDF as out of box feature of FSM application?Please advise.

Hi, We are getting a set of result from a API call in JSON response. How can I get the value and map with FSM field? Currently I am using subtring function to achieve.But when the tag repeats, it creates a problem. Any quick help regarding this.

If I want to provide read only access to  “in_warrany” field to the request_unit table for the role “TECH”, is it possible to control from role-->function ? Or the only way to create different page from UI designer with in-warranty read-only access for the role “TECH” ?   Please advise.

What is the name of the form/page, that comes after clicking the "new" button in 'product lookup' page.  Is it possible to add any field validation there through UI designer ? How the swap function works in FSM ? what are the mandetory parameters to complete a component swap ?  Not able to do the final shipment with the issue "Parent unit cannot be marked for shipment when component repairs are in-process."

There is a total cost on the Purchase order but it doesnt total anything. I would assume it should total the sum of the unit cost and that could be done with an expression like sum(purchase_detail.unit_cost)   tried it and it doesnt work. Any ideas?        

We are sending notification message to the technician through mobility solution in FSM 6 Can we get any response from the technician that the notification message have been sent successfully to the technician? Means can we(smart client) get response from that gateway which is responsible for sending the  message to the technician?  

In FSM integration, I can see that there are XML Maps, CSV Maps and Fixed Position Flat File Maps. Jason is one of the most famous file format type and I cannot see the data connector for it also. What should I needs to do to support Json file format in integration

Hi,   Using client script I want to hide a sub tab button. Suppose if you open Request screen, under that we have a sub tab named attachment. So I want to hide the attachment’s New button using client script. So I am using this function “ SetControlVisibility(‘request_attachment’,’add’,False); “ But it’s not working in smart client. Can anyone suggest me where am I wrong or how we can hide this using client script.    Thanks, Kaustav

Hi Everybody,   As mentioned in the release note of FSM 6.5 Task Status Flow is now available on the smart client as well.   How can I disable that to make it available only in the mobile? Like it was before.   Regards, Clement Guirard

Hi Everybody,   Do you think it is possible to get the current user person_id and set this value into a data constraint  (FSM 6.4 Customer portal)?   I’ve tried different values like current_user, user_id, person.person_id instead of portal_places.   Thanks for your help!

Hi can anyone tell me , for real time sync it is necessary to initialize the device   because before i initialize the data is not reflected   in mobile but after  the internalization i get the value. i have taken the person table. person table is a real time syn , where any changes in the person will /should update automatically  . but i am not getting the changes real time.
