May I know how FSM License type “Message” works ? How to configure this license for a person? Is it same as FSM integration framework license?

FSMConnect comes with 5 message users, some customer instances have more. A user id set up with a message type user cannot log into the application and is only intended to identify the data was created via this integration user id.

The message type license is only used for system levels functions. It is not for user licensing.
