Working from Home Tip: How to Improve Your Community On Screen Experience

It could be that some people, working from home, does not have a big nice screen, and especially not multiple screens as some have at work. Some are surely working on their laptops. Something that is important then is “screen real estate.” Here is how to remove “cruft” on the screen, and how to enable full-screen mode. Enable full-screen mode by pressing F11. By default, the menu bar is hidden (which is good if you have little room on the screen). Press and release the Alt key to show it. Keep the IFS navigator hidden, and use the shortcut panel instead. Learn the keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+F to show and focus the navigator filter. (press Escape to close it again) Show and hide the Attachments section using Ctrl+2 (the other context panels can be opened and closed using the numbers 1 and up.) In general, learn the standard keyboard shortcuts. If you are using a laptop, perhaps you have now mouse and are using the trackpad and the keyboard might be a more efficient alternative. Some f

Upload imagesYou can upload images from your pc to your post by clicking on the small photo icon in the text editor: All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif)After a successful upload, you can either leave the image in the attachment, or you can choose to embed it into your post. To do so, simply enter it at the part of the post where you would like to have the image embedded. Report Rule - Trying to get the customer id and print the correct label

Hello, I am trying to create a new report rule that helps me to print the only handling unit layout that was created for the specific layout. I have created the rule like this: Expression 1 : I have tried both APTR and ‘APTR’ for the Expression 2. Only one part number is going to be related for only one specific customer. That’s why i have referenced sales part cross reference. And also part nos are same with the catalo nosThis label should have been printed on the shop order handling unit structure , before packing. When i print this label from the shop order , i am waiting from that system that i chooses the correct layout for me. But it still chooses the labels according to the report definition sequence. I want the system to choose the label i have defined on the action of the report rule.

Printings stay in Remote Waiting

Hi everybodySince yesterday at midday, all ours printings in direction of one specific printer stay systematically in Remote Waiting.Notice that :- the printer is a network printer and works perfectly (it's possible print from another application).- the printer agent has been restarted few times, and run.- PDF reports are correctly generated.- We remarked that the printer in default, stopped works after it was in error of printing, resulting of version change of the printer during the printing.Thank you in advance for your help.

in custom screen we need to change the save location of attachment to outside folder or to cloud location instead of database,so all the attachments should go in separate folder on same server or on cloud location but doesn’t save in database. idea is that that attachments are of different sizea that consume space in DB we need to separate the location.it this possible?thanksyasir

Hi, We have been working on several integration projects which involve either sending data from IFS or pushing data into IFS mainly through RESTful API’s. Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue using the JSch library to establish an SFTP connection with an OpenSSH server configured on Windows. Hi there, We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types. This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business. The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view. Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?
