Hello, I have IFS10 environment configured with RMPANELifsqa.customer:48080/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/RmPanelHandling.svc/MailRecipientsdoes not give me any data.Output is like{"@odata.context":"https://ifsqa.customer:48080/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/RmPanelHandling.svc/$metadata#MailRecipients","value":[]}can any one suggest if this can be datasetup issue or any thing elseregards 

Service quotations, different to Sales quotations, appear to lack the details tab of the sales quotation where payment terms can be specified.Has anybody come up with a workaround to this limitation or knows if there are plans to implement this functionality, before doing a modification.Many thanksDominik

Hello,Currently we are using IFS Cloud and our customer invoices dont have the Prepay and Add charge that is added to our shipments. We use the invoice report to create invoices, not the collective invoice, which did have the PPA charge appear on the invoice.How can we fix this? We currently have create customer invoice set as a batch job but will switching to the create shipment invoice fix this issue? or does the shipment invoice have different fields/parameters as the customer invoice? We dont want to lose the charges and the original information the customer invoice has

Hi AllSo far I've tested unsuccessfully in ifs 24.1.1 the following scenario. Received a PO into Inventory and moved those parts to a RWH through Shipment order. However the Demand ref1...4 is empty on the Shipment order line. The expectation is to fetch the demand PO # as the ref no on the Shipment order line. Can someone help fetch that through their testing and advise me? Where do I set the demand code for that?  Also if there are multiple PO receipts where multiple Demand Refs can be shown on the Shipment Order, its ideal [upto 4 I guess] Thanks,Asela

Receiving the error “This customer order line is not valid for use on this RMA line.” when adding customer order line into an RMA.  Original customer order is Invoiced/Closed and not used on any other RMA.  Tried with both Customer order and Shipment ID options but the result is same.   Any idea why this is happening? Note : This is order specific error. 

All,I have been working on a success engagement with a customer who wants to do their ABC analysis in a manner different from the standard way IFS calculates it. The standard method is based on the sales transactions but if you have high volume items that are in stock and not yet sold (large engine assemblies that are infrequently sold) or low value but high-volume items (such as fasteners that can be replenished in days), the standard method may result in false settings. The current calculation does not have any consideration of the items' lead times.The customer would rather set the value of the items to set the ABC class based on their value rather than the sales amount.Has anyone encountered this dilemma before and if so, how did you handle it? We COULD use an external script to do this evaluation, so I'd appreciate your guidance on this! Thanks!

In Business Opportunity Pipeline Chart, you can apply filters and generate the filtered list of Business Opportunities below the chart. I can enable editing of the Business Opportunities list on this page, but any changes do not flow to the actual Business Opportunities. Is it possible to link these?Ideally, we’d like to conduct cadence calls using this screen and edit the Business Opportunities at the same time.Thanks!

How to bulk edit Business Opportunities in IFS Cloud:Navigate to Business Opportunities and open Page Designer Under OpportunityOverviewPage, expand Content and select Business Opportunities list Scroll down to Opportunities List details and enable Crudactions Under Crudactions, enable EditAny updates made to Business Opportunities will update the Business Opportunity. However, you can skip sales process stages on Business Opportunities and the skipped stages will not close on Business Opportunity. I haven’t found a solution to this yet.

Good morning, Which settings defines which field you enter price on customer order line? Sometimes it’s field “Price Incl Tax/Curr” and sometimes  “Price/Curr”. Both of customers are in the same currency.  price/curr fieldprice incl tax/currBoth of them are with tax code 5%.

My sales team is using Business Opportunity to add lines and only moving to Sales Quotation when the quote is ready to be generated for the customer. They wish to see “Available Qty” on Opportunity Lines just like the native field displays on the Sales Quotation Lines. It doesn’t appear I can create a simple read only reference field for this and need a select statement. I haven’t been able to get one to work, can someone offer assistance?

Is there a way in the Export Control module to set the Denied Party setting for a Customer record that is still a Prospect?The sales force entered the Customer record and created a Business Opportunity, but during our pre-quote review we discovered the Prospect is a Denied Party.  We want to add them to the list to prevent potentially missing this in the future, but when we try to add them to the Denied Party - Customer we get the error Customer 700413 is not of category Customer.

Hi, We’re implementing the CRM module and I want to generate automated notifications-by email- that would be sent to the main representative in a Business Opportunity. We’ve created a custom field called “follow up date” which as the name states it is the date at which we should follow up with the prospect/customer. The idea would be to send an email reminding the rep to check a BO 7 days before the follow up date so they don’t forget any BO. Here are the conditions: Status NOT IN (‘Cancelled’,’Closed’) CF$_Follow_Up_Date <= sysdate+7How would you achieve that ?Thanks! PS: we’re running on IFS Cloud 24.1.4

My sales team is using Sales Quotation and is requiring the team to complete the Request Receipt Date field before the quote can be sent. They wanted the same field on Business Opportunity (custom field created) to feed this native field. If the salesperson forgot to input a date on the BusOp, they would still be able to on the Request Receipt Date on the Sales Quotation. I have been unable to figure out how to have the field on the Sales Quotation populate with the date entered on my custom field on the BusOp. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

I am trying to ouput XML report data for operational reporting to multiple servers based on the report (IFS Cloud 24R1).  I have setup four FILE_SENDERs all with the Out Directory to a different server.   I then created RPL files for the reports and specified the FILE_SENDER that I want the report to send to.  Even though I specified FILE_SENDER4 in one of my RPLs, it still went to the FILE_SENDER1 server.  Why are we able to setup multiple file senders if it doesn’t follow the setup?  

When I duplicate a lead and save it with the exact same name and association no, the “Duplicate Lead” box is not getting checked.When I click Save, I do get a pop-up notification asking if I want to view the duplicate.How can we get the “Duplicate Lead” box to be checked? How do i can login to IFS service center or change password because when i enter username/password but screen show invalid username/passsword. But i can log in normal as IFS Portal. 

I can create a “New Lead” using a button on the Business Activity (for a Customer).However after doing so, there is no pointer from the Lead to the Activity or vice versa.  Seems like they should have a reference to each other so that other users can see what was done. 

We would like to Invoice block a Freight Charge which is in order level. Could you please let us know if we can do Invoice block a customer order – Charge line, which is not connected to any Line? In some orders, we need to review/update our freight charges before it get invoiced. So we wanted to Invoice block the charge.If there is no way to Invoice block FREIGHT charge,  Is it possible to connect the FREIGHT to a delivered order line and Invoice block the Order line and after Freight charge is reviewed/updated then uncheck Invoice block line and remove connection line to the Freight charge? LCS Case: G2326906

We are currently working on some solutions to improve our dates for our customers. One gap we currently have within IFS is that ATP (Available to Promise) and CTP (Capability check or Capable to Promise) do not include open supply, unless the Wanted Date is within the Open Supply window. Example where Supply is not seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/12 ATP runs and shows you can only fulfill so much of the order (based on qty on hand and selling qty). Thus the user runs CTP moves the promise date on the customer order to the full part lead time (30 days) even though the supply is coming in on the 12th.  Example where Supply is seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/8 ATP or CTP see the supply and the date properly plans the customer order. With the supply not being seen on th
