I am trying to ouput XML report data for operational reporting to multiple servers based on the report (IFS Cloud 24R1).  I have setup four FILE_SENDERs all with the Out Directory to a different server.   I then created RPL files for the reports and specified the FILE_SENDER that I want the report to send to.  Even though I specified FILE_SENDER4 in one of my RPLs, it still went to the FILE_SENDER1 server.  Why are we able to setup multiple file senders if it doesn’t follow the setup?  

When I duplicate a lead and save it with the exact same name and association no, the “Duplicate Lead” box is not getting checked.When I click Save, I do get a pop-up notification asking if I want to view the duplicate.How can we get the “Duplicate Lead” box to be checked? Is there additional setup needed or criteria we are missing? We have tried this in both Aurena and IEE. Below is our current setup for the Duplicate check Action Setup and Duplicate Check Rule:

How do i can login to IFS service center or change password because when i enter username/password but screen show invalid username/passsword. But i can log in normal as IFS Portal. 

I can create a “New Lead” using a button on the Business Activity (for a Customer).However after doing so, there is no pointer from the Lead to the Activity or vice versa.  Seems like they should have a reference to each other so that other users can see what was done. 

We would like to Invoice block a Freight Charge which is in order level. Could you please let us know if we can do Invoice block a customer order – Charge line, which is not connected to any Line? In some orders, we need to review/update our freight charges before it get invoiced. So we wanted to Invoice block the charge.If there is no way to Invoice block FREIGHT charge,  Is it possible to connect the FREIGHT to a delivered order line and Invoice block the Order line and after Freight charge is reviewed/updated then uncheck Invoice block line and remove connection line to the Freight charge? LCS Case: G2326906

We are currently working on some solutions to improve our dates for our customers. One gap we currently have within IFS is that ATP (Available to Promise) and CTP (Capability check or Capable to Promise) do not include open supply, unless the Wanted Date is within the Open Supply window. Example where Supply is not seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/12 ATP runs and shows you can only fulfill so much of the order (based on qty on hand and selling qty). Hi All,Wondering if someone can help me with EDI messages please?I'm currently trying to setup to send messages via EDI to one of our suppliers, I've put the details in Supplier/Message Setup and under Setup Connectivity, but is there anywhere else that I need to enter settings for this to work, every time I go to send the test message, I get this error Message class is wrong or missing.Does anyone have any documentation for how to set this up correctly or can anyone help with it please?ThanksSteve

Hello, We are a current IFS APPS10 user. When we accept a Call Center case task that has a handover reference enable, (as soon as the task it is accepted), “New Handover Reference” assistant appears to walk the user through the process. Assumption: User accept that task when he needs to create a handover reference. This handover is mainly a customer order. So we accept the “Invoice” task to create a “Customer Order”. We are moving to IFS Cloud and I was not able to configure this in the test environment to automate handover creation. So when I accept the task, it just changes status from New to Open. Now user needs to click on the three dots, and manually select “New Handover Reference”. This is a big risk as if user forgets to open a new handover reference, that can lead to a potential revenue loss. I am wondering if I am missing a step here and am looking for a solution. I would be grateful if someone can help me with this.

Hi all, I believe this was setup a while ago, but I cannot find the location in IFS APPS 10 UPD 22 to undo it. When any Business Opportunity is created, the main representative is added along with an additional representative. I cannot find anywhere in the CRM/SRM Basic Data where this is being set. I don’t see any default templates in use that would add the user. If you block that user, you cannot add any BOs, as it states the representative is not available. Any guidance on where to look to remove this would be appreciated. Thank you! 

In apps 10, there is a supplier relationship field under the CRM info of the customer window, which means the customer is registered as a supplier as well. But this is not available in Cloud and not even in the ‘ACCOUNT - CRM” window.  Any reason for this or is there any other way in cloud this is addressed? 

Hi all, In the Customer Order Line (COL), it’s possible to link Sales Parts to a “Superior SM Object ID.” With the correct setup, the serial structure of the related part is automatically created in the “Objects” database upon delivery.We require a similar connection for Leads, Business Opportunity Headers, and Business Opportunity Lines to a “Superior SM Object ID.” Ideally, the “Superior SM Object ID” would transfer to the Business Opportunity when a Lead is converted or from Business Opportunity Lines to Customer Order Lines.Are there any plans to enhance the Lead and Business Opportunity functionalities to support these features? This information is essential for tracking which production line (superior SM object) will be served by our equipment.

Is there a quick way (now that F9/Zoom isn’t an option) to identify where Basic Data for each Dropdown lives?  For example, if I needed to set up a new Shipment Type where would I do this?  What would the view be under in the Navigator? If I type in ‘Shipment’ there are at least 50 entries.  How would I which to choose?  Is there any logic to help?  Is it always TOPIC Basic Data or Basic Data TOPIC?  Is there a debug/page info clue?   Any assistance gratefully received.

However, the BPA does not seem to trigger as expected. The BPA works correctly in IFS Cloud using the same projections and calls. When trying to receive the Inventory Parts for a Return material authorizations which had the Customer Order Supply Code "Int Purch Order" and "Purch Order Trans", I receive an Error "Inventory Part in Stock does not exist."This error only occurs when trying to Receive using the Receive Parts against Order Deliveries. This error should not occur as there was a Customer Order that previously processed and delivered for the same location that I am trying to return it back to.

Hi I am trying to add ‘Document Folder Navigator’ as a ‘Tab’ in Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud. We are currently upgrading from Apps 10 where we have this setup: I am trying to replicate this in IFS Cloud, but Document Folder Navigator in Cloud contains a ‘Tree’ which i cant duplicate or insert into a Tab in the Page Designer. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it possible to insert a full standard IFS page into a Tab in cloud?  //Simon

Hello, I can't figure out on which invoice my serial part was invoiced. I have an order line with 40 parts, I have invoiced 20 on an invoice A and 20 on a invoice B. I can't figure out if my serial part X  was invoiced on the first or second invoice.I can't find a screen that contains both informations. IFS, on the other hand, manages to find this information, as it's on the standard edition. Could you please help me?Best regards, Lina

Hello,I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!
