Is there a quick way (now that F9/Zoom isn’t an option) to identify where Basic Data for each Dropdown lives?  For example, if I needed to set up a new Shipment Type where would I do this?  What would the view be under in the Navigator? If I type in ‘Shipment’ there are at least 50 entries.  How would I which to choose?  Is there any logic to help?  Is it always TOPIC Basic Data or Basic Data TOPIC?  Is there a debug/page info clue?   Any assistance gratefully received.

 Hello, I am currently working with the IFSCRMCompanion mobile app and would like to implement a BPA that sets default values for language and country(France) when adding a Lead.As an example, I have added a BPA by specifying the projection name and the screen function to add a Lead. However, the BPA does not seem to trigger as expected. The BPA works correctly in IFS Cloud using the same projections and calls. However, it does not seem to trigger on the mobile app, even though the setup is the same. Could you please provide guidance on how to properly configure or troubleshoot this BPA to ensure it activates on the mobile app? Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards,BPA

When trying to receive the Inventory Parts for a Return material authorizations which had the Customer Order Supply Code "Int Purch Order" and "Purch Order Trans", I receive an Error "Inventory Part in Stock does not exist."This error only occurs when trying to Receive using the Receive Parts against Order Deliveries. This error should not occur as there was a Customer Order that previously processed and delivered for the same location that I am trying to return it back to.

Hi I am trying to add ‘Document Folder Navigator’ as a ‘Tab’ in Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud. We are currently upgrading from Apps 10 where we have this setup: I am trying to replicate this in IFS Cloud, but Document Folder Navigator in Cloud contains a ‘Tree’ which i cant duplicate or insert into a Tab in the Page Designer. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it possible to insert a full standard IFS page into a Tab in cloud?  //Simon

Hello, I can't figure out on which invoice my serial part was invoiced. I have an order line with 40 parts, I have invoiced 20 on an invoice A and 20 on a invoice B. I can't figure out if my serial part X  was invoiced on the first or second invoice.I can't find a screen that contains both informations. IFS, on the other hand, manages to find this information, as it's on the standard edition. Could you please help me?Best regards, Lina

Hello,I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

we have several old RMA lines that we never received or scrapped, but we gave Credit invoices for. These RMA’s are still showing that they are RELEASED. Is there any way to complete the RMA without receiving or scrapping the parts?  Dave

Hello All, Here is my situation. I have a customer on Apps10 that has multiple remote locations (field reps) that hold fixed amounts of inventory, that need to be replenished frequently. The replenishment inventory comes from an FGI warehouse onsite. The customer services people use a spreadsheet to determine if a replenishment is required and then create transport tasks manually.I know that the easiest and simplest way to create is to use Kanban, however this customer does not own Kanban so we are trying to use Remote warehouses with replenishment via Putaway zones. The crazy thing is as I’ve tried things here and there I have gotten things to work on some parts but not others, and I can’t seem to find how I got it to work.I’ve included all my setup below, thanks in advance for any help:

'Receive from transport' error. The customer entered two incorrect receipts (wrong quantity and price). He then introduced the correct admission. Stock value averaged. I need to reverse the incorrect receipts with the correct valuation. Please help   

In applications 10 I have soap capabilities to retrieve the customer price for an item.   I am looking for the Rest function that I can pass a customer, currency, part list and retrieve the price for the customer. 

I have a customer order for which I have a matching Purchase Order from my customer.  This CO will take output from the sales from a WO and is not limited to the lines that are on the CO.  Does IFS have functionality that will block the invoice if it exceeds the customer’s PO amount?Thank youPatrick

Want to confirm it is NOT possible to add a customer order line with a Supply Code of “Service Order” to an IFS Shipment.   The customer order line is a non-inventory sales part.  I found it possible to add a non-inventory part to a shipment, but not when the Supply Code is “Service Order”.It appears that way, but need to confirm I’m not missing a setup step. Thanks for your help.   

Where is handling unit traceability in IFS10? If a handling unit is created from another handling unit, where is that from- to- handling unit information stored?  I don’t see it in inventory transactions history.  

Hello All,I am currently having issues with Automatic Approval of incoming customer orders in IFS Cloud.I have the customer set to Auto approve, I also have the site settings set along with additional message defaults for the customer, Approval user set can manually approve the incoming orders in the system. Any help would be appreciated,Cheers,Jamie

IFS APPS 10 CONSIGNMENT STOCKWe have one part that was previously listed as CONSIGNMENT STOCK. We want to remove this from consignment.  WE UNCHECKED THE BOX IN CONSIGNMENT STOCK , THEN TRIED TO UNCHECK THE CONSIGNMENT STOCK BOX ON THE CUSTOMER ORDER LINE. The customer order line status is “Delivered” IT WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO DO THAT - SAYING THE ERROR  :  The Consignment Stock cannot be changed when the status is Partially Delivered, or Delivered, or Cancelled or Invoiced/Closed Not sure how to clean this last cust. order line up  Dave
