I can’t seem to save every Business Mail as I want to. Basic emails that I send from CRM Panels work fine. The Mail Body’s save fine such as this:

 

 

However, more complicated emails get turned into HTML in the Mail Body in IFS. How can I view these more complicated emails in IFS?

 

Here are my CRM Default Values:

Thank you. Do you have any more information on the bug? What exactly doesn’t work and when? Business Mails seems to work intermittently here.
