Business Mail Body Viewing Issue

I can’t seem to save every Business Mail as I want to. Basic emails that I send from CRM Panels work fine. The Mail Body’s save fine such as this:

However, more complicated emails get turned into HTML in the Mail Body in IFS. How can I view these more complicated emails in IFS?

Hi @tunstalltom , this has been fixed in Apps10 and will be available in UPD27.

Thank you. Do you have any more information on the bug? What exactly doesn’t work and when? Business Mails seems to work intermittently here.
