I am trying to migrate Migration Job Group but i am getting this error when i import, What am i missing 

Hi All,I am using IFS Cloud 24R2. FNDMIG job using MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA procedure.Does anyone know how to avoid the above error when migrating customer_order_line ?The DEFAULT_ADDR_FLAG has value ‘Yes’ and DEFAULT_ADDR_FLAG_DB has the value ‘Y’, but the error says it is NULL.ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [DEFAULT_ADDR_FLAG] is mandatory for Customer Order Line and requires a value.The source data will have  below values.Is something wrong with these values? Should we check on a value of another field in the data set for some validations?Your thoughts, experiences and suggestions to solve this issue is much appreciated.Thank you!

Hello All,We have a lot of Migration Jobs, and we want to migrate all of them in a new IFS Cloud environment.Are there any ways to accomplish this at once? Can we make a Migration Job for this task? Thank you for your help.

I have created a DMM project with service catalog → Urgency as scope. I have done the mapping and imported all the basic data into the basic data container and completed the steps till ‘Approved’. Hello,My name is Tomek and we’re starting to implement IFS Cloud 25R1 at my company.Please check  whether it works for you.I have a migration task with data export to a file in the OnServer directory. The directory was created in Windows and as an Oracle directory. It also has an archive subdirectory (Windows and Oracle). In the migration task rules, I have the FILEBKP rule active, pointing to the Oracle directory (archive)After the task is completed, a file named file.txt should be created in the destination directory (and this works), and according to the rule, a backup file named file*.bkp should be created in the Archive directory. However, this file is not being created. FILEBKP is enabled in the Default Rules.This works very well in IFS8, but not in IFS Cloud.What could be the cause of this?Thank youTomek   

Hi.We’ve created a quick report to fetch some specific data and we’re hoping to schedule said report to run on a weekly basis and e-mail the file to a specific person.I have IFS_ALL permissions as the scheduling user.The report query is as follows:SELECT DISTINCT A.*, B.CF$_CC_SUPPLIERFROM PROD_STRUCTURE_CFV AINNER JOIN MULTI_LEVEL_STRUCTURE_CFV B ON A.COMPONENT_PART = B.COMPONENT_PARTWHERE A.QTY_PER_ASSEMBLY = 1 AND A.PRINT_UNIT = 'm' AND A.CONTRACT = 'ULV'AND B.CF$_CC_SUPPLIER = '5808'The report itself executes just fine within Cloud, and we can manually export the resulting data, but when we try and schedule it, the background job ends in an error. The errors listed in the Background Job details are as follows:ORA-31011: XML parsing failedORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.QUICK_REPORT_TEMPLATE_RPI", line 305ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing

Please advise on how to handle this error. I would like to enable inventory part movement using the Migration Job in IFS.To achieve this, I added Move_Inventory_Part_SVC.Do_Update_Inventory_Part_In_Stock_Delivery to the METHOD LIST tab.However, when I clicked the Save button, the following error occurred.Error message:[Error making attribute and references - value too large for column "IFSAPP"."INTFACE_METHOD_LIST_ATTRIB_RTB"."COLUMN_NAME" (actual: 34, maximum: 30)]   

Hi all,Here the data is extracted from company1 and migrated to company2 with new project_id and activity_seq updated in the source data file to input to the migration job  (say project_id1, activity_seq1 in company1, the new data file will have project_id2, activity_seq2 for company2) I use a FNDMIG job to migrate the purchase_order_line_part  for Loram. In the first migration, I remove the project_id and activity_seq fields from source mapping. No migration errors. The row was inserted. But the project_id1 and insert it in code_c field in purchase_order_line_part. And that was wrong and it should take project_id2.Anyone has thoughts on why this is happening and how to resolve this situation?Any clue or advice is much appreciated!.

Hi together,we are currently in an Upgrade Project to 22R2 and we want to migrate Notes.We found the topic Job migration of Business Opportunity - Note issue | IFS Community but when we enter the method BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_API.Write_Note_ in the Method List of the Mig Job we get the following error. So we checked the API in PL/SQL Developer and saw that the datatype for rowid_ is ROWID. This seems wrong.Does anybody have the same issue? Do you know how to fix that error?

Hi All.. Can anyone help how to download/Extract item master data from IFS…  it will be great to have selection option to extract data based on need.. i.e if use need  part /Description / Item class / Lead time / MOQ/ Lot / Part type/ Product code /Family etc etc field.. in order to avoid massive data dump which could cause an issue while downloading.

Hi, is it possible to configure the session timeout in IFS Cloud specifically for running quick reports?Currently, I have an issue where the report execution is interrupted after 3 minutes, so it doesn’t finish and returns no data.Is there a way to extend the session duration to, say, 5 minutes, but only for ad-hoc reports?

I have a simple migration job that loaded Customer Order lines from an Excel spreadsheet. The migration job which worked wonderfully in Apps9 will not work in Cloud.The migration job has been rebuilt but am getting the following error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [TAX_DOM_AMOUNT] is mandatory for Source Tax Item Order and requires a value.That field name is not in CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE either in the view or table. Any pointer would be welcome.

When I access the database in the PRD environment using ‘IFSDBREADONLY’, I can view standard tables and add-on tables, but I am unable to view virtual tables whose names begin with ‘IC_’.Could you therefore please explain the steps required to view these virtual tables?   

We have developed a CRIM for a customer for Spend Analysis of suppliers. it is a localization requirement. Where each supplier get points if compliant. We have migrated the Suppliers, the challenge is that each supplier has a Compliance certificate which needs to be attached to the Supplier record in IFS Cloud. Does anyone has any idea how to migrate Documents in IFS Cloud?

How to execute a IAL view/ quick report and export its out put to file location?I know we have two migration tools in IFS cloud 24 R2. Data Migration and DMM. I see the options to do that using Data Migration but I don’t have access to it. Not sure if it has to do with licensing. However, I have access to DMM. How to achieve this task using DMM? I used DMM for importing CSV files and move the data from source to target tables. Any thoughts on this would be helpul.

The customer environments had been upgraded from 25.1 (unknown SU) to 25.2.3.I was going to import a migration job that was previously used in the project and imported several times without problems. The import was done using the standard job FNDMIG_IMPORT and suddenly it went wrong with error message ""The uploaded CSV is malformed". Investigation showed that the export file for the migration job contained the character ", a double quote, which caused the issue.The double quotation was used to restore a text, where double quotation had been replaced by something else in the data export. The double quote was replaced by CHR(34) and then the job was imported successfully.

Hi, Im trying to setup a migration job to update our supplier statistic groups. I cannot figure out why I get the error - ORA-20114: SupplierInfo.FND_MODIFIED: The Supplier Info record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter your changes.I received the error in both INSERT_OR_UPDATE and also EXCELThe view Im using is - SUPPLIER_PURCH_SRM_INFO_CFV  

Looking for some help with the Data designer.Are you able to put a join in on the Definition Screen. If so how.Or how can we use the data source from a quick report    

Hello,  When I am doing excel migrations with rows more than 3000 (ish), I get an error when validating or executing.  “The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format”When I select smaller amounts in chunks, everything validates/executes fine.This is very inconvenient when there are 10000s of records. takes forever to do in chunks. has anyone encountered this issue? Any knows fixes?Thank you,Kalindu 

We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.2.  Microsoft just forced updated Office to 2507 (19029.20136) which broke our IFS Excel add-ins.  Users that stayed on 2506 are still OK.Issue is, when you click login, the add-in panel briefly flashes and does not bring up the login window for IFS cloud.Anyone else have this issue? 

Hello, Currently, IFS provides pre-built reports that are hosted in a data lake.My question is whether it is possible to create a dashboard that retrieves and combines data from two different semantic models—for example, integrating Sales and Inventory data into a single report or dashboard.Do we have any existing solution, standard approach, or built-in capability that supports this type of cross-model reporting?
