Hi all,I am getting below error when migrating data to ORDER_QUOTATION_LINE using FNDMIG job.Even when there is a value assigned to the field ‘BASE_SALE_UNIT_PRICE’ i get this error.Have you experienced this before?Any ideas or thoughts on how to resolve this would be much appreciated!“ORA-01407: cannot update ("LORA1APP"."ORDER_QUOTATION_LINE_TAB"."BASE_SALE_UNIT_PRICE") to NULL” Thank you!Disna M.

Hello,  When I am doing excel migrations with rows more than 3000 (ish), I get an error when validating or executing.  “The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format”When I select smaller amounts in chunks, everything validates/executes fine.This is very inconvenient when there are 10000s of records. takes forever to do in chunks. has anyone encountered this issue? Hi.We’ve created a quick report to fetch some specific data and we’re hoping to schedule said report to run on a weekly basis and e-mail the file to a specific person.I have IFS_ALL permissions as the scheduling user.The report query is as follows:SELECT DISTINCT A.*, B.CF$_CC_SUPPLIERFROM PROD_STRUCTURE_CFV AINNER JOIN MULTI_LEVEL_STRUCTURE_CFV B ON A.COMPONENT_PART = B.COMPONENT_PARTWHERE A.QTY_PER_ASSEMBLY = 1 AND A.PRINT_UNIT = 'm' AND A.CONTRACT = 'ULV'AND B.CF$_CC_SUPPLIER = '5808'The report itself executes just fine within Cloud, and we can manually export the resulting data, but when we try and schedule it, the background job ends in an error. The errors listed in the Background Job details are as follows:ORA-31011: XML parsing failedORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.QUICK_REPORT_TEMPLATE_RPI", line 305ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing

I want to know how to send an excel file to Power Automate when sending POST JSON request using Power Automate API. I have the Power Automate API. What would cause the send log to display a less quantity than what has been authorised for payment? 

I’m trying to test AccountSet (GET) API IFS Cloud Demo environment as follows. Im able to retrieve the bearer token using following IAM client but once I pass the bearer token to the API it gives me following error.  Hi everyone,I am working on a migration job where I need to copy the Functional Object from one site to another. The object id, site name changes; but the overall structure remain identical to the source site.I am attempting to use EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_UTIL_API.Copy_Functional_Object  in method list. However, I am unable to Copy the functional Object. I could have used only the EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_API to insert new one. But I also wanted to copy spares, Test points & Parameters, attributes from the existing one. So using “copy functional object” method.

Hi everyone, I am trying to import CONFIG_SALES_COMB_VALUES table into IFS via DMM. The table has SEQUENCE_NO column which is used to order different combination values. Records are ORDER BY SEQUENCE_NO ASC and they are imported from smallest to largest sequence.  So, I would expect to see 8 records, and they should be displayed in correct order. However, only 6 records are displayed in IFS in different orders.  Please help!

I am getting the following message when trying to complete an existing migration job Any help please

We are using the Migration Toolkit (mtk tables) to migrate from a legacy system to IFS Cloud. All is going well except for the material value of components issued to shop orders. For a given component, it can be issued to multiple shop orders at different values. The mtk lot serial table and the mtk material tables have fields for inventory value but what we put in these fields is ignored. Regardless of what we do, components are issued to the shop order using the inventory value on the inv part. Does someone have a process for migrating wip value when the component’s value can be different on different shop orders.

Hi together,we are currently in an Upgrade Project to 22R2 and we want to migrate Notes.We found the topic Job migration of Business Opportunity - Note issue | IFS Community but when we enter the method BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_API.Write_Note_ in the Method List of the Mig Job we get the following error. So we checked the API in PL/SQL Developer and saw that the datatype for rowid_ is ROWID. This seems wrong.Does anybody have the same issue? Do you know how to fix that error?

Hi, we have recently implemented IFS Cloud 24R2. In other words, we are quite new to IFS.It is important for us to be able to easily create Manual Vouchers in GL from an Excel template. External Vouchers and CSV files are not enough. We need to see any errors directly in the Excel document.Has anyone managed to use Excel Migration Job for this? 

Good morning,How can I configure file imports from a specific location, e.g., a network directory, using external file transactions in the IFS CLOUD system?I assume that I have a .csv file in a specific directory and the system has a schedule for reading the file from that directory.I am considering this in the context of currency imports and wondering whether it would be reasonable to use the file reader mechanism in this case.

In the master part we are migrating 25.488 as the net weight for one of our parts. Somewhere along the line, it was changed to 25.488581893. Given the high number of decimal places, I suspect an automated calculation or a UOM conversion is at play.I tried to recreate this by creating a new part and going through all migration jobs but had no luck. I don’t believe this was changed manually by anyone although it's not off the table.I should note that this is only affecting a small portion of parts.Any ideas? 

Business Case:We have some migration jobs we want to run once a year. (some year incremental/YE jobs).In IFS we can schedule migration jobs, but only days, weekdays or interval of seconds,minutes, hours. Solution:We would like to be able to schedule on the first day of the month or year. 

Hi all,What are the options in migrating the counted qty using any migration method in IFS?I tried FND_MIG jobs with different procedures, but the issue is that I do not see the field (COUNTED_QTY) in the view INVENTORY_PART_PICK_SHIP_STOCK. What is needed here is to update counted_qty field.IFS Cloud 23R2  Thank you! 

Hi,We need to import Recurring Services using DMM. I’ve imported into recurring_service_program, recurring_service_scope and recurring_service_trigger. But in the Recurring Service Program screen, there is no data in the Scope tab and in the Item Information section of the General tab the Location is populated but the Model, Object and Object Site fields are empty. I can create Recurring Services from the front end and then data in the Scope tab is populated so it looks like I’m missing something with the migration. Are there more tables that I need to include to link the Object to the Recurring Service?All help appreciated. 

Hello Community!I’m writing today because I have noticed that, when I attempt to migrate Posting Control headers (POSTRING_CTRL) using Data Migration Manager, nothing seems to be migrated even though the tool seems to disregard or swallow the exception preventing the row to be inserted. Let me describe my problem in detail, hopefully you have seen this before:I tried to create an Inventory Positing Control for Location Group. That is, posting Type M1 (Inventory) and Control Type C83 (Location Group). I first tried to create it manually (just to make sure the row I’m testing works fine when using Aurena) and it worked well… I can insert this posting control using AurenaI proceed to remove this “test” Posting Control to prepare the system to receive the DMM data.
