Hi,I recently got a new 25R1 repository in IFS Scope Tool and I downloaded the 25R1-Data Tracker Template File.What I found is that values are missing in Basic Data sheet - column K (Global/Company/Site). This is very valuable information for us since we are going to implement IFS to a multi Country/Company solution.Also we are also missing the entire Master Data Tracker sheet.My question is if there will be a second release of 25R1 Data Tracker Template including the missing values and the Master Data sheet?Kind Regards,Christian 

Hello everyone,I'm trying to migrate customer orders and customer order lines. Everything's working fine, no problem. However, I'm trying to migrate the CODE_C of the lines using another job for pre_accounting, and retrieving the pre_accounting_id of a line, but I get an error I don't understand: ORA-20111: Site.NOTEXIST2: The Site object does not exist.Strange, because in the job, this indication does not appear, and only the pre_accounting_id seems mandatory.  

I want to change the Email Addresses in a event action Type E-Mail with a pl/SQL script.I found the function FND_EVENT_ACTION_API.Modifyand prepared the Parameter: Client_Sys.Add_To_Attr('ACTION_PARAMETERS', rec_.new_param, attr_); But unfortunately it is not working. There is no error message but the text is not changed.Can somebody help me?

I’m getting this error when trying to migrate data to a Custom TAB. ORA-02291: integrity constraint (IFSAPP.C_PART_INTERCHANGE1_CRK) violated - parent key not found Method List Attribute Source mappingNote: I tried to retrieve the objkey from the parent container and set it using the source mapping, but I'm still getting the same error.Any idea how to resolve this? 

We are trying to change tax code for some purchase order lines with no no part and getting the below error when running the migration job ,is there any other way to update this field please   

Problem:I have a lot of instant invoices to make. So I made a few migration jobs to assist with this. I can create a header, add lines, add tax lines, this all goes well.There are 2 problemsThe account isn't set when creating the line There's also supposed to be postings created in the background, these are not created and I can't really find a way to create them. There's a Create_postings function in the INSTANT_INVOICE_API, but it's private, so you can't use it outside it's intended purpose. I've looked past many INSTANT_INVOICE related API packages, but I can't find how to trigger the create posting method. Does anyone have experience with this specific topic?

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

In the migration job function, I am getting the following error in EXCEL_MIGRATION for “CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE” view.I have confirmed that deleting some columns in the source mapping tab resolves the error, but do you know of a way to resolve this without deleting them?- IFS Cloud 25R1 

We are trying to migrate Approved suppliers but the default status after the data migrated is set to not approved , I am trying to change the status to “ Approved “ using the below method name but getting the error saying this list doesn’t exist ,is there a source to show valid “method name” for API’s please to make this sort of changes

I’m not sure what’s going on but I have the projections for my migration job granted to the permission set that I need them granted to as well as permission for FND_ADMIN, and FNDMIG_EXCEL_ADDIN and I’m still getting this error in my production environment. I have less permissions granted in my test environment and it’s loading with no issue. I even imported the permission sets from my test environment to prod and it’s still giving me the error. Any help is appreciated.    

Hello,I’ve created a Migration job for importing new service resources in Cloud. By baseline, while creating a New Service Resource, it automatically creates a Maintenance Employee record and assigns it to the Service Resource created.But while creating a Migration job, the Maintenance Employee record is not created. Also the Resource Connection with the Company and Site are not setup properly.Below is the Method List used to create Service Resources and Connections. What could be the possible reasons? I'd like to know how to register new customer order headers and line items in the same migration job.I have tried this and confirmed that adding CUSTOMER_ORDER and CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE to the "Method List" tab allows me to update them all at once. However, when I try to insert both the header and line items, I get the error "DEVELOPER_ERROR_03: Most likely a usage definition is wrongly defined for LU: [CustomerOrder] in table RM_ACC_USAGE_TAB, internal exception: [Ex_Get_Id]."  

I am looking for a way to update Safety Stock, Planner, or any parameters in the inventory part screen. I would like to enter these changes in Excel and mass upload them to IFS 7.5 for now. We migrating to the cloud in January but, I would like to make this mass change in IFS 7.5 for now. Thanks in advance. 

I want to know how to get the Sales Price List by API. When registering a Customer Orders in the migration job, I want to use the API to retrieve the sales price from the sales price list. Because the migration job does not appear to be referencing the sales price list.

Hi All,I’m trying to create a data migration job for the Product Structure Header.When the structure type is ‘Manufacturing’ and if the record is already exists, I get an error ‘ORA-20112: ProdStructureHead.FND_RECORD_EXIST: The Prod Structure Head already exists.’ I have enabled modify option but it’s not letting me updating the record.I would really appreciate it if there’s any other ways we can try to make this work, please. Already tried to get the idea from the below post and unfortunately it didn’t work for me.Create Migration Jobs to Update Custom Fields(CF) | IFS Community also tried the bellow API call in objid fieldINTFACE_
