Hi,I would like to force the amount including VAT of a purchase line to an amount without decimal point but I can't do it.e.g. amount “price/curr”: 205 / tax: 18% (tax amount 36,9) => amount incl. VAT: 205 +36,9 = 241,9 => I want to display it 242 e.g.It’s not possible on the PO line, but Is there a way to display this total amount without decimal point? (it's possible on the supplier invoice but my need is really on the order directly).

Hello, We are trying to electronically manage Customer-Owned inventory. Currently we use a manual Kanban card to trigger reordering. Does anyone know a way to utilize MRP to trigger Purchase Requisitions for Customer-Owned parts? According to the help page for Part Ownership>Planning section, it is not possible, but I wanted to reach out in case someone has figured out a method of success.Part Ownership Help Page:   Planning Planning is available only for company-owned and supplier-owned supply, demand, and inventory. This means that no planning is done for customer-owned, supplier-loaned, supplier-rented or company-owned renal asset demand or supply.Details of the situation:Set up Purchase Part and Inventory Part Set Safety Stock on Inventory Part to quantity of 25 Purchase Order created for Customer-Owned (quantity 50) We receive them as Customer-Owned Run M

When handling purchase reqs generated by Purchase Order Dir sourcing, how do you transfer the order code ( 2  ) from the req to a purchase order?  I want a header level indication a purchase order is a drop shipment.  I’m stuck.

We have a PO with header status ‘received’. Most lines Closed, some are in released state. each individual line has a discount defined. Supplier is providing an additional 5% discount for the whole PO, we just got to know.  How do we add this additional 5% discount in IFS now?

Hi All,We currently purchase an item by the CTN but would like to issue it by EA.1 CTN = 4 EACan you please tell me which fields I need to populate to make this conversion work?Do I use the “Supplier for Purchase Part” or multiple other transactions?example below. 

Just looking to find some information on Credit receipts.I.e Once and invoice linked to a PO has been paid, and then returned a credit receipt is then created which can then be matched to a Cr note etc.Is there a way to search for credit receipts aside  either creating a manual supplier invoice selecting --> (Match  PO receipts) and viewing from within the invoice itself or from using the (RBNI) received but not invoiced reports?I was hoping there was something similar to the (receipts) module however this seems to only show Dr receipts. Thanks in advance

The purpose of my request is that I am part of team  deploying IFS 10 in  an organization that current using SAP and and other tool for Demand forecasting . The process is very different in IFS and I am looking for how to reconcile the two systems , I have read a lot of resources but I felt I need a process of how  I can integrate the data from SAP and the Forecasting tool ( MCA/SIO) into IFS. I am just wondering if someone has experienced this type of project before and can help with how the demand planner and the forecasting client pull data from all the master data ( CRM, Vendor and Material Masters ) considering inventory on hand and other Parameters to generate effective demand plan  and forecast. I have created a custom field on the bottom of the Customer Order view (tbwCustomerOrderLine_Ext). Although I can ‘see’ the field in Mandatory tab of the Object Properties it is not listed in the Layout tab. Because of this I have not been able to make it available to users.

we are struggling in set up our base flow ; we do not know whether to set it by customer or by part for forecasting purpose. Please we can use some help in setting up our base flows, combined flows and master flows . should we use by Parts or by customer o by Location . Have in mind we have over 50000 parts to forecast and  thousands of customers globally. Thanking you all for your help.

Is it possibly to set up the MRP Run/Action proposals to differentiate between demand from parts on a Work Order and from parts below safety stock?The reason why I am asking is that after I added components to the Work Order (Materials Tab) and ran the MRP, they Purchase Requisition shows up with MRP as Requisitioner (ideally I would like to have the work order number on this field to make it easier for tracking stock replenisment orders and  orders against a W.O.)I know that if parts are added directly on the Work Order/ Requisitions tab, this information is carried accross and the Purchase Requisition is flagged with Requisitioner as WO, but I am trying to get this same function through the Work Order/ Materials tab.

New to IFS. What’s the best way to update a Bin Location of an inventory item?I’ve been shown how to do it in “Move Inventory Part” but then when we do a search for the item it shows up as two locations?Is there a way to update the locations so only the current location shows up when searching?Thanks 

HiI’d be interested to hear how anyone has handled Composite VAT / Tax rates on sales?For example:  A Package Part with multiple components each with different Tax Codes and Rates.  Or you have a sales part that contains several components with different rates. When you raise the invoice the Invoice, the tax amount needs to be the ‘weighted average’ tax amount of the individual components, but you show only a single line. Thanks

Hi, I want to add a custom field to the Purchase Requisition Lines view, which is based on two criteria to make the search unique.I've made a Read Only Custom Field with one of the key variables, but make it work for each line I need to add a second variable to my select statement. Hello,We have a scenario where we need to transfer some of our inventory to be held in long term storage using a third party storage facility. We would then transfer some of that stock back to our location on an annual basis, based on forecasted demand. We will still own the material, and we want to be able to see the quantity of parts held in stock at that location so that MRP doesn’t try to plan any new purchases. However, we would need to allow a lead time of say 2 weeks to allow the transfer of any material back to our site. If we had some unexpected demand pop up, we wouldn’t want the stock at the off-site location to show as immediately available.I was looking into the use of remote warehouses & transport tasks to cover this. Hello Everyone, Is it possible to exclude a Purchase Order in status “Confirmed” from MRP supply calculation?  This is a very unique situation where we need the supply information on the PO to be excluded from MRP.  It seems the freeze status in the PO header might be an option but the user has already Confirmed the PO which makes this option unavailable.  There doesn’t seem to be anything available on the PO line either. We have considered cancelling the current PO and re-issuing with status freeze but it’s a very large PO with several hundred lines. We are in APPS 9.   Thanks

On the Purchase order Change order - What is the filter condition behind “Show Only New/Changed Lines”  

Hi,We have created some interco flows on IFS V10: PO from the affiliate client send to the affiliate supplier in order to create the customer order automatically. We have multi lines on internal PO and CO. When we released the Customer Order with the supply code "Purch Order Trans", an external PR is created per customer order lines but we need to generate only one external PR. is ti the standard? or there are some setting to generate one PR with muti lignes (same lignes of internal PO or CO) ?? could you please help me :) Regards,Sana

When we find quality issues on parts after they have been inspected and put in stock, how do we cancel the receipt in order to register a new inspection with rejected quantities? We have heard that we have to put the parts back to the arrival location to be able to cancel the receipt, but we cannot move inventory stock to the arrival location again. (not possible to select the arrival location as destination. Or when changing a transport task we can select the arrival location as destination but it is not possible to save since there is no PO reference and we cannot add it manually. We want to achieve:Correct PPM data/quality statistics Ability to send parts back to supplier or scrap Please help us find an approach to this problem.

Hi, I have several customers who want to reprint an invoice for a customer order because the price is not right, with the sales part.here is my feed: creation of the customer invoice debit ---- customer invoice credit  --- reprinting of the invoice by modifying the price of the items .in ifs it is not possible to reprint an customer invoice with the same sales parts  by modifying the price ... so how to do?
