Item specific counting difference for cycle count

Hi, It is not quite clear what you mean by “set item specific counting difference $ amount in IFS Aurena”.

But based on the latter part of your question; if you want to Approve by specific parts, won’t Count per Inventory Part window help? It is available in Aurena.

Go to Site/Warehouse Management and there you can define the max counting difference amount.

Currently we have a setting on site level to add $ counting difference and % count difference. If we set either of the parameter then users will need to approve each line separately if there is any difference.

I understand that we can do each part separately using count per inventory part screen but that will not work because of number of parts we have on the count report.

Can we set counting approval for specific parts by defining $ counting difference ?

Yes I tried this option but this enables counting approval for all the parts. Here I would like to know can we set this parameter for only certain parts ?

The limits are entered per site and are valid for all parts on the specified site. Therefore you cannot limit the parameter for certain parts. However, you may develop a custom event to trigger it when  counting.
