I understand there is a process where you can close a PO if the part is within tolerance, but I am wondering if there is another method of closing in-receipted PO’s. Maybe by time frame??

+15As far as I know there isn’t a option to automatically close POs depending on the time period.
The only way that the application allows is to enable the “Automatic Order Closing” option at purchase part level.

+14As you have correctly stated this is the only way of closing POs upon receipts by using the closing tolerance. There is no time bound method of automatic closing of POs
