Hello!I am seeing the below message in our TEST box when trying to do inter-site orders. I cannot figure out how to translate the error messages into something meaningful. Does anyone have any tips on how to figure out what they mean?

Hi all,I have an issue with a requisition to order for a purchase requisition. I’m receiving an error for no revision found for inventory part ‘******’ . An eng revision was added against the inventory part, yet still receiving an error. Does a new req need to be created or what could the cause be? I checked the API that relates to this error message and it checks for an eng revision using wanted receipt date (which the req has), part no and contract.Any ideas of what could be causing the error? Thanks,Robert

Dear community. I have run MRP and Order Proposal and for all the requisitions that have been created the price is 0.00. This is because we have the price on the General Tab of the Supplier for Purchase Part set to 0 as we maintain condition code pricing, which is populated and correct. Is there something that needs to be set or anything to enable this or could this be a bug (Apps9, UPD15). If I type over the supplier number in the purchase requisition screen the price is retrieved so there is no issue with the logic on the Purchase Requisition just something with MRP/Order Proposal?Any ideas?

I am looking to use Input UoM on a PO Line, similarly to how it is used on a Customer Order Line, however I cannot seem to be able to select an Input UoM on the PO Line. I have set up the Input UoM Group correctly and this is working on the Customer Order Line correctly. I noticed another thread stating that this could be selected during Register Arrivals, however there must be a way of selecting this on the Purchase Order Line. Can anyone help ? I can’t understand why this would work inconsistently on the two types of Orders.

Hey, I have created a custom menu to print report. It is working fine for single row, but it is being disabled while selecting multiple rows. Something like this below : Is there a way to enable custom menu for multiple rows? IFS Version:Regards,Manisha

Hi,A customer gives us the go-ahead to procure material. he is willing to pay for the material in advance. however, we also use the corresponding components for other customers. how can we guarantee that the components procured for this specific customer are reserved and that these components are not mistakenly procured from stock for other customers (other shop orders)? RegardsUrs

Hi, Can anyone tell me how you can check/uncheck the “Inventory Part Demand Published’ checkbox on the Maintenance Plan of a PM action (APPS10)? The help file says it’s read only, but somewhere there must be a way to define whether it should be checked or unchecked for a certain Part/PM action, right? Best RegardsRoel

How would IFS enable entering free text to be printed on a document? For example:Print a goods received label for incoming materials and in the print dialog you want to add a text like “Handle with care”

Hi, Need some help on purchase requisition authorization for express order (order code 5).I do not find how to limit the total amount for users who are using this order code. Let me explain : From 0 to 500€ : they can place PR/PO with order code 5 with no authorization >500€ : the express order is not allowed and must no be used. So they have to place normal PR/POThanks

We are running IFS Apps10 UPD6 (just received UPD8 to install to our DEV).  We have (and use) the freight interface.  We are about to implement a new integrated freight system.  I’m looking for the most current copy of the Freight Interface document.  The version I have is a few years old. Does anyone know where I could get a current copy?

We have a No Part PO line that was received in the wrong period - Finance wants us to change the receipt date from 8/31 to 9/01 - normally we would unreceive and receive again under new date however it doesn’t appear you can unreceive no part PO lines - any suggestions

Hi Team, I have raised a PO against a Supplier who belongs to Switzerland i.e. in currency CHF.The Purchase Charge Types that will be added once we receive the goods are represented in currency INR.So, when I am adding the required Charge Type under Charges tab, I am not getting the correct Total Gross incl Chrg/Curr amountex:I have added a Part Order Line which results in Total Net Amt/Curr as 50 CHF.I have added below charges types in Charges Tab:Custom Duty- Rs 100Freight Charges-Rs 500& Custom Clearance- Rs 200Now I am getting the Total Gross incl Chrg/Curr amount as 850 which is incorrect. The Charges should be converted to CHF before adding into Total Net Amt/Curr. Request you to please help me in this. Thanks in Advance. Best Regards,Rakesh

Dear all , When performing the Register Arrival , we came across with below error . Could you kindly assist me on this please .

Hi,We have an inter site setup in IFS, the setup is:Site US05 is the customer and site US02 is the supplier. Both site are under the same company H2O USA. The system manages the whole order flow correctly the only problem is when invoicing the internal customer. After delivering the products, the order’s status automatically changes to Invoiced/Closed though no invoice is generated.Any idea of what can cause this ? This is not the first time we’re using the inter site function, though we never used it within the same company. Thanks

Please take a look at the following picture.Date format YYYY/MM/DD is better, time part is NOT necessary. How can I control the format change?   Regards;Susumu

Is there any quicker method to cancel/close Purchase Order Receipts which have been partially invoiced? i.e. PO Receipt for 10 units, Invoice matched for 8 units, 2 units remaining unmatched on receipt/GRNI  report. If the PO Receipt is not matched to an invoice , it is a simple RMB ‘Cancel Receipt’. However, once it is matched partially this option isn’t available and it becomes a more involved process. We currently use the ‘Register Inspection Results/Return for Rework’ - it closes the receipt and clears the GRNI balance, but it is a bit involved, i.e. not a quick right mouse click like the full cancellation. The only other options I’m aware of are:> Dummy zero value AP invoice>Close date on receipt - but this requires a manual voucher or the GRNI report/GL will not  balance. Just wanted to check if there is anything we’re missing to speed up the process of tidying up partially matched receipts/GRNI report/GL? NOTE: we’re on Apps9

Dear Sirs; I could not find any menu and RMB for a way to import Customer Schedule to MS. Regards;Yasuda

Hi, I’m hoping the IFS community can help us with a question regarding best practices when changing PO line dates as a result of feedback from a supplier. Below is the scenario: Today is 9/14/2021. We need parts from the supplier by 10/31/2021 based on MRP. This is before the supplier’s lead time of 90 days.Supplier confirms they can deliver parts  to us by 11/15/2021.We confirm the PO line with the Promise Date of 11/15/2021. The PO Line Wanted Delivery Date is still 10/31/2021 based on MRP but this is also the date that prints on the PO to the supplier.  The supplier can only deliver parts by 11/15/2021 as they promised. Should we also change the PO line Wanted Delivery Date to 11/15/2021 to match the supplier’s Promised Delivery Date? Thank you.
