Hi
This is not look like a IFS standard validation error.Infact the spelling of the work “cannnot” also incorrect.
Can you please check whether any custom events enabled for the logical unit InventoryPart.
If any enabled custom events avalable, may be event action set to trigger when you try to insert new records.
Please disable such custom events in the application and try to create a part again

+19I’ve learned the hard way that custom event error messages should include breadcrumbs for IT so they can be debugged, even if it’s only the inclusion of your company name in the message to make it obvious it’s not standard.
