Hello, Can someone please help with the Error: “ PURCHASE_ORDER_API is not a procedure or is undefined”.I have created a lobby data source and lobby element and everything works fine but when I click in the element to populate data (based on data source condition), it generates error “ PURCHASE_ORDER_API is not a procedure or is undefined”. Hi, I’m trying to close May period in IFS but it is not letting me to do it as there is an invoice in hold table which I cannot delete. Invoice has already been paid. Is there anyway I can delete the entry from hold table? Please advise. Image below for reference  

Good afternoon,I am in a test environment in the Demand Plan Server Dashboard.  All elements Execute correctly until I attempt to Execute a “Create Forecast” function.  I saw another post on this about changing dates.  Can I get an elaboration on the dates that need to be changed? The error I get is: “Job finished with ERROR : Create Forecast 0.837 [s]”

We need to create a custom event that will help to IPAK automatic approval for all purchasing requests below xxx value to avoid manual approval only for the Director level.

hi, community, while receiving the goods I need to perform the inspection for the goods, however after choosing the receive case as receive into arrival ,inspection at arrival , location to receive, and no of qty to inspect there is an error “ goods cannot be moved to the specified location before being fully inspected”  Steps performed: I have checked the same in ref no in inspection management it is not reflected there. Looking for your assistance,thanks 

User cancelled line on Customer Order first - now when we try to cancel line on PO we get the error that manual peggings exist for this line - unpeg before cancelling except we can’t unpeg because line is already cancelled on CO.Help!!!  How do I find the record to unpeg

Hi all, I have a question (well actually 1000 questions) in regards to MRP. We are trying to move the planning process into MRP, I am fairly new to the company and to IFS. We want the forecast to be generated in the DP client, and then transferred to MS1 and MRP, and then for MRP to plan purchase requirements. However, we are raising shop orders for our finished goods, as well as assembled parts. As far as I can tell MRP would plan for both, Forecast from the DP client and shop orders, which would a duplication. How can I set MRP to look at Forecast only, not at shop orders? Thank you, Jess 

I am looking for direction on how to set the system up to allocate costing accurately when we have to order in batch qtys. For instance, our supplier sells the part in boxes of 100. We have to order from the supplier in eaches, so we order 1 box from the supplier. When we receive it into inventory, it is received in as one box. How do we reconcile this when we begin utilizing this material in work orders, shop orders etc? We want to be sure that the costing works appropriately and that we are only allocating cost for the portion of the material that we use.  Is there a way to purchase in box qtys, but receive in single qtys for costing purposes without messing anything up?

Hi,I’m looking to send items away for refurbishment to then bring back into inventory but I’m unsure how to set this up correctly. The process I have to follow is missing something with this step and I’m unsure how to correct it. How do I do this step below as it doesn’t seem to give me this option or I don’t have the correct access to do so?  The above step completes this transaction below  which I’ve been unable to replicate  

I am trying to generate spend analysis data in my environment, but I keep getting an error saying that I don’t have the required access to the companies. On the Spend Analysis settings I have only set up 1 company to which I do have access. The category assortment on the spend analysis settings also only has the same company, and there are no transactions for parts on belonging to this assortment.Are there any other reasons why I would be getting this error, and how do I resolve this?This is on IFS Cloud 22R1.

We have a supplier who requires 50% payment in advance and 50% at acceptance.I have created a Milestone/Stage Payment Template, but I can’t see it on the Purchase order Line.  The Validity is Active.  Is there something else I need to do to make the template available to attach to the PO?Thanks in advance.

Hi We have just activated our supplier invoice workflow module and have come across couple of issues and find some of the rules aren't working the way we would like them to.For all cost/overhead invoice we have PO authorization rule and have chosen to use Inherit Purchase rule, but the issue I have we have MRP related orders for all stock items these sit in diff stat group and we have excluded these from Purchase Order authorisation rule.But now the issue we have is when Supplier invoice do not match PO this these are invoices are going catch all rule, is there anyway when Invoices do not match they automatically go to the person who raised the original PO, for pricing issue.Is there way we can fix this as its causing lot admin time assigning authoriser for these invoices. Please help :) ThanksSwati

We are on Apps9When Registering PO Arrivals on PO 8737, the user received an error stating: Connecting a Purchase Order to a project is only allowed when the Purchase Order is in Planned Status.The Order of Operations for our order is:Customer Order created with a connected Project Customer Order Released - which created Purchase Order with linked project in Planned status Purchase Order Released - sent to Supplier.  Supplier sent parts to our warehouse Team trying to receive in the parts, and is receiving the following error:  Confirmed there were no changes on the line items for the customer order, purchase order or the project activities.  Please help determine why we are receiving this message on this Purchase Order.Thanks 

Hello, I have not found much detail on this functionality, but I am hoping there is a way to accomplish this. In many instances, we may have a single PO with multiple receipts against it. In the event we need to perform a return of defective material to the Supplier, it appears only 1 MRB case can be created against 1 receipt. If the total returned qty is spread across multiple Receipts, can they be combined into one Receipt that the MRB case can be opened against? Receipt 1 - 50 pcsReceipt 2 - 25 pcsTotal qty needed to be returned to Supplier - 75. Ideally, 1 MRB case is opened for the total qty, and is attached to both Receipts. The only work around I have found is to move the material to an MRB Inventory Location and open an MRB case against that amount. This unfortunately disconnects the process and you are logically managing the inspection/disposition of the materials. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

I have created ‘ comment’ as a custom field in Purchase requisition screen , I need to create a custom event to copy the comments on the Purchase order header from Purchase requisition  header when converting PR to PO . similarly to display the comments on Request for purchase order screen from purchase requisition header screen when converting from PR to RPQ . Can someone please help me with it . I tried creating events but no idea how to copy those comments on conversion .  

I am looking to see if there is a field that will allow us to determine how low the safety stock can get before MRP will issue a req to replenish. For example, if we set the safety stock at 100, do we not want a req to generate for 1 pc every time we dip down to 99. Instead, let’s say that we only want safety stock to replenish when it falls below 50 pcs. Is there a field where we can tell IFS to wait until we are at 50% of safety stock before replenishing? We want to move away from lot size and reorder points on planning method “C” and move to safety stock on planning method “G” but are looking to solve this issue first. I see that there is a field for “Service Rate” - would this perform the function I am seeking? If not, is there a field that will serve that purpose? Thanks - Sarah

Please help me to answer our Customer: IFSAPP8 version……Is there a reverse function in the IFS for the project header: RMB->netting->Net Project MaterialBy chance, the function used generated material reservations for all materials pinned to the project warehouse. Is there a reverse function that will "unreserve" all reserved items?………...

I’m trying to pinpoint why demand for a specific part in our system is fluctuating from day to day with no input changes other than the occasional order entry.  We have a customer that takes 1,000 units (per forecast).  As I’m still only 2 months into using IFS I’m trying to make sure I understand this properly in regards to flow:-Customer sends forecast-Planner enters forecast into system for finished unit-Forecast drives supply side to enter purchase orders which then show as system supply-Customer sends an actual order to fulfill-Planner enters the order in the system which should then reduce the forecast (ie. order is for 200 units so June demand should drop to 800 with the hard order for 200)-Nowhere should the demand fluctuate for a given part just so no orders are made in excess of the actual forecastNow I may be misunderstanding this but since I started here I’ve been monitoring IFS reports daily to try and pinpoint where there are opportunities to understand the system better.

Can anybody explain such situation:In 7.5 version of IFSAPP when user wanted to cancel PO lines wchich was authorized there was POP window appeared with communicate: Cancellation is not permitted when PO is authorizedBut in 10 version cancellation authorized lines is availabed.
