Is it possible to tie an expense sheet credit card transaction to a purchase order receipt?

There seems to be some correlation between the status of a PO and changing the Purchase Group.  Purchase Group drives posting controls and AP not able to update from the invoicing side.Received an error message that is preventing the Buyer to update the Purchase Group directly on the PO.  It is prompting a Change Order just to make this correction.Does anyone know how to get around this?  We would prefer not to make a new change order just to correct an incorrect purchase group entry.

Hi All, Please let me know why the UOM from source is not fetched to the part lines in the incoming dispatch advice. This is for App10. The UOM is fetching to part lines from source in App9. TestGo to Incoming Dispatch Advice window From available source line select one of line that has the source UOM RMB and click connect part lines Then move to the Part Line tab, selected Part has been assigned to the incoming dispatch advice, but source UOM is missing Thanks.

Hi all,We are trying to set up a Commission Agreement tied to a Sales Group. We have created the Commission Agreement and entered the values.  In this test case, 20% commission is awarded until 500k in sales, then 15% and then 10% after a million.We tested by fully invoicing a few sample orders.  The first 2 orders calculated correctly at 15% commission (500k each).  The 3rd order should’ve calculated at 10% since 1M has been reached, but it calculated at 20%. Am I missing something in the setup?  We chose Additive calculation method so the percen

We are in IFS9 - I need to set-up an authorization Routing template or rule - not sure which might have what I need, that will allow me to have a back-up authorizer.  In other words, we only need one person to authorize, but we want to add another to cover when they are not available.  I have it set-up in the Routing template with both Authorizers at Step No 10 - but that requires both to authorize.  If I change the set-up so the Step No are 10 & 20, it still requires both to authorize but in an order.Is there a way to have 2 individuals but only require 1 authorization?  If not through the template, may another option?  Thanks!

I am trying to set a default value for the Order Proc Type field for Purchase Orders so they automatically release after being approved.I have set the field to Required and Default to Previous, but it is not working as expected as it does not default to previous.  We only have one processing type and it will always be used, but they have to enter it on every line, sometimes 50 times...be much more efficient if defaulted.

Post Upgrade from Apps 9 to Apps 10MRP planned demand lines from SO REQs, are NOT visible in IFS10, as of initial data importRunning PMRP manually beings them backBut this would be a huge task to do for each project manuallyIt's as if it didn't bring across the previous SO REQ demandsAre such demands are not expected to come across as part of the upgrade?   Other demands are OKCan anyone please advise.

I wanted to expand on a reason you could get the error ‘Error snapshot MRP Supply/Demand. MRP can not find required date of Order No in calendar’  based on the thread below.  The issue could be caused by more than your manufacturing calendar not being extended far enough.  If you make a mistake setting up you part information within the Inventory Part on the Planning Data tab you can cause this issue.  The below mistake where one of our users switched the Safety Stock and Safety Lead Time caused the exact error.   The error in data entry caused the MRP to think the safety stock lead time was 10000 days which would exceed our generated calendar but the root cause was the inventory part setup not the calendar generation.  

We have a PO connected to a work order we are trying to cancel but receive a message that the peggings must be removed first.  From looking through the topics in the knowledge center it seems this can be done through the materials tab of the work task by RMB and selecting manual peggings.  The problem is that I don’t see the manual peggings option when I RMB, any ideas why that might be or what other options we have?

We have recently introduced PO Authorisation in place of PR Authorisation.This has caused ALL POs open to now require approval before they can be processed which is causing problems for Orders on MWO as they are all failing when user receipts. Is there a way to Fetch the Auth Rule for ALL Order in bulk rather than individually via the PO? This would then allow them to be approved in bulk. We have around c1,000 POs that now need to be approved and fetching the rule on the PO 1 by 1 is a time consuming task. Thanks, 

Is it possible to receive incoming dispatch advice containing the supplier’s part number (defined in supplier for purchase part) but not containing the site internal part number?Procurement based on supplier schedules manages and includes the supplier’s part number and supplier’s part number is included on the purchase order line as well. It would be good to know if this is supposed to work and what the additional requirements are for this specific case.Thanks in advance for any input

Purchase Order Status: ClosedThe user has mistakenly raised a PO for an extra 505 quantity of a certain part, received it and now wants to correct it. I checked the connected invoices. The Invoices are either in 'PaidPosted' or in 'PostedAuth' statuses. I was pretty sure we are unable to fix this now. But thought of checking with the experts on the Community if there's any way at all that we can fix this at all? App9 UPD14

Hi, We are setting up non-inventory parts for purchase thru purchase requisition, purchase order flow.We got all the pre-postings correct in that flow. However when registering arrival of the purchase order, the application doesn’t trigger M91 and M92 for the ARR-NONINV transaction code. There are no postings created at all in the Purchase Transaction history. Any idea what could be missing?
