Good Afternoon - Can anyone advise if IFS 9 has the functionality available to produce a Dispatch/Shipment Note - If so are there any guidance notes how this can be done?

Hi @dmoore , you can simply do this by clicking the RMB option “Print Shipment Delivery Note” in Shipment window.

 

@dmoore you can go to ‘Print Delivery Note for customer orders’ window, find the order and generate new dispatch advice messages and prints too.
