Receving notifications in the bell icon but nothing in Notification panel. Shows user is subscribed to all P.O. Need to remove End User

How to Un-Subscribe Notification Subscriptions
Hi
You can see all your subscription under My Administration → Stream→ Subscriptions
Then you can select the subscription, right click, choose go to source then open subscriptions dialog there you find unsubscribe option
