data not appearing on the lobby screen in the key user account

hi,

I created a lobby screen in the form of a list fed from a single table, but when I enter with the admin user, the data appears, while the data does not appear in the key user account. 

I have tried the following steps for the solution but I could not solve it. what do you think the problem is and how can I solve it?

1. Authorizations were defined in      Solution Manager\Security\Permission Sets\Presentation Object Donations screen.
2. IFS_IAL_ADMIN permission set has been defined.
3. Logged in in different languages.
