Automatic "Requisitioner" filled in in Employee Self-Service Portal

Hello everyone, 

On the Self Service Procurement Portal, even if my Person ID is set as a requisitioner, the “requisitioner” field it is not filled in automatically while it is filled in automatically in the purchase requisition when my user is making the purchase requisition.

Do you know if it will be arranged in next releases?

Hi Laura!

Good input. Currently, the requisitioner is defaulted from the User Defaults set up in the Self Service Procurement Defaults page, so you would need a requisitioner added in that page.

We could definitively make this more intelligent, so that if there are no defaults added for the user in the above page, we could check if the logged in person also is a requisitioner and use that as default.

I will add this to our backlog and make sure we prioritize it, but cannot today give any promises in which release it will be included.

We have now implemented support for “setting” the requisitioner field automatically if the person is added as requisitioner. This will be included in the 23R1 release.
