We have tested creating 1 Invoice for multiple Work Tasks (Reported) and it works.If we create 2x Service Quotation->Work Order->Work Task, set it to Reported and try and create Generate Invoice Preview, we get an error “No Invoice Preview(s) created for given criteria.” Although when creating separate Invoice Preview from Conclude Work Order for these 2 Work tasks, the individual invoice Previews are created.Is it that Generate Invoice Preview does not work for Works that come from Service Quote? Or is it that there might be a setting missing to allow this?This would be a critical win for one of our customers if it would work.Any suggestions are welcome and much appreciated.Thanks,Rita

Hi,From viewing past community posts on accumulated Condition-based PM generation, the calculation to predict next maintenance is the last 5 valid measurements. Is there a way to increase the number of measurements it considers for the calculation? Thanks    

New employee does not have access to workorders in time registration , and I can not find where to add the employee into maintenance. Can anyone tell me where the employee/employee number should be added , I guess in basic data somewhere. The employee is already added to a resource group which is “ticked on” for using in Maintenance, is added to site, company, etc… In timeregistration, only Project is available, and not workorders…. We are running IFS Cloud 23R2

Hi, We have a requirement adding more object status for functional objects. In IFS APP 10 we have three fixed status set by IFS like “In Operation”, “Out of Operation” and “Scrapped”. IFS doesn’t have the option to add more status using administrative / regular users as like changing basic data. Please note that, now we are in process to move in IFS Cloud by next year from IFS APP10. I can understand, it’s a bit of customization required. My question is, if I requested to IFS for such change, does IFS require IFS core code modification ?  Thank you

How does the “Technical Lifetime” is defined and used when we define Functional object for Maintenance actions? In what processes it is used and how? 

Hi Experts,We have a requirement to identify whether technician-reported times are overlapping. For example, a technician might submit one time entry from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and another from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM. As you can see, there is a 15-minute overlap between the two entries. We need a way to either prevent such overlaps or at least identify and flag them for review.Currently, the application does not restrict technicians from entering overlapping time reports.We would like to know: Can the standard application be configured to validate and prevent overlapping time entries? Is there any existing validation mechanism for this? Specifically, can the “Is Clocking Validated” field in time clocking be used for this purpose? If so, how does it function and how can we leverage it? Any guidance on how to implement or configure such validation would be appreciated   Thanks.KM

Hi team,I have equipment whose status is out of operation. However, work orders are still generated using PM action.I would like to know how to stop generating WOs for PM Action when the equipment object status is Out-Of-Operation. Is this functionality possible in a standard system?

When I export it in two language versions – EN and CZ – the generated model is only created in English, and it's not possible to switch to Czech. Do you have any recommendations or experience on how to generate the HTML model in a language version other than English?

Hi, We’re on Cloud 23R2. I have set up data on Failure Setup Navigator. The expectation is that when a dispatcher records a service request using “New Service Request” page, after filling data for symptom, and clicking Next, it comes to this page.The Task Template is not auto picked based on the information entered before. Instead, any task template can be picked manually from the list. Additionally, even in the Tech Portal (screenshot below), when completing an assignment, even if the technician fills in all information like the Item Class, Failing Function, Fault, Cause, etc there is no automatic application of the Work Task Template. What is the purpose of attaching a WT template in the Failure Analysis navigator? How is it intended to be automatically linked with the process?TIA 

Is there a way in Equipment Object Navigator to see if a child node is out of operation (Red) without having to click through and expand each parent node (especially in a large tree). In the image below there are objects one level down that are out of operation but there is no immediate visual indication of that.Or is there a way to turn the parent icon Red if at least one child node is Red?Equipment Object Navigator 

Hei,Can you please make it possible to rename regardless of ownership (Company Owned is supported today) but for us it would be a MASSIVE help if we could be able to rename assets with ownership Company Rental Asset / Customer Owned as well.We are renaming our tools on a daily basis (Ownership Company Rental Asset / Customer Owned), and have approx. 4000-5000 renames yearly, so to have this as a core functionality would be a massive help.Please make this possible.

Hi Experts.We have this requirement to capture engineer start and end times of Time registrations. Example: Here in MWO they enter start and Stop time so the hours is captured. But in the Cloud we could not see these start and Stop times instead the Hours only??   We need to produce a Report to the HR with these Start and End times so that they can analyze Productivity with engineer time reporting pattern, so where in the application we can get these data? Following is an Exmple from another system you can see From and To time as well,,what we are after.   Kind RegardsKM

Hello,what does the zoom function “Permits” do in the form “Work Task Template”?It never provides any information about permits, even if permit is connected to Work Order an Work Task Template is used in that Work Order.What connected between Permit and Work Task Template should exist to see permits via zoom function Permits? 

Is there a way to display the Current Portion of a Lease in IFS? Ideally would want to be able to reclass the entries monthly into their own current and non-current accounts rather than a singular Liability account. Is this possible? From IFS: Want to show:

Hello everyone,I’m currently exploring the Work Order Report Control functionality in IFS and would appreciate any insights into how it works. On my project, I’m trying to determine whether it’s possible to print a work order or work task layout together with all of its associated attachments (PDFs, Office docs, images, etc.) in a single print operation. Has anyone implemented this or seen a similar solution? Any guidance, examples, or pointers to configuration options would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance! 

Hi everyone,I have to develop some SQL Queries, which will be saved as Saved Search within the Functional Objects search window. I noticed that we can’t use the “join” to optimize the execution of the query (Maybe a wrong assumption..).So, the second option was to used the in/not in or exists/not exists but performance are crap….See an example below:  For instance, on the above queries, I stop the execution after 10 minutes…… I tried to find another way via the API but nothing seems matching my requirement…. Thanks in advance for your suggestion/recommendation

Version 24R2, Maint App, when we enable a Multi Visit in Work Task, example for 20 Hrs of Task and resource work for 4 Hrs per day, allocated the resource in Direct Allocations and transferred to Mobile, created 5 visit id in Assignment. it shown the 5 visit id in Mobile also, when i started and completed the 1st Visit ID, remaining Visit ID got cancelled. whats the best practice in Mobile app to complete all visit ID ?

Hello, First of all our customer using IFS Cloud 23.2.8 version.In this case, we try to print a Work Order Report for 13 lines of work orders.There is an error occured which is “Error When Printing to Aurena Agent Timeout” and nothing happens, dialog closed. Error Image Log records in below;Application -    CMD(2): timeout in agentcall after 60000 msApplication -    CMD(2): toast({"type":"error","msg":"Error when printing to Aurena Agent ${error.Message}"}) Does anyone know reason or solution for it? 

Can we transfer the Attached documents in Work Task screen to Work Order. Below is the settings i have configured in Object Connection Transformations but no luck. 

In IFS Cloud 24R2,I have come across this requirement and want to know if anyone has faced this before :In a structure, the Parent has a meter and all child objects also have a meter.e.g :Parent object - CarChild Object 1 - EngineChild Object 2 - Suspension When a New reading is recorded on the Parent Object meter, the independent child object meters should also inherit the same value.e.g : If the new reading value on the parent is 103, then the new reading value on the child objects should be 103 Not sure if there is a smart way to do this or whether it requires a configuration.
