Hi All,

I have a scenario once the workorder has been created from the PM schedule, the workorder completion date must be within the particular period. One of the Maintenance department’s KPIs is to perform the work order within that particular time period. If it’s going beyond that period, it’s considered as ‘Over due’. Then that will impact their KPI. 

In IFS, do we have a method(either lobby or field) to track this work order completion Overdue. Any suggestions for this scenario?

@NipunGunaratne93 I wouldn't know much specifics, but I know instances where custom IALs are developed to achieve this for reporting requirements. So that should mean, standard fields are not possible to cater this requirement.

Thanks a lot! Yes, there is no out of box solution but hope we can use a custom lobby element for that
