The drawbacks limiting us from using Aurena
We have very recently installed Apps10 UPD10 and in the testing phase. We are very keen on moving to Aurena client. However there are a few limitations in the configurations that prevent us from doing so when it comes to some of our crucial processes. We understand that Aurena is a different platform so although we have configured and grown accustomed to a certain flow in IEE, that may not necessarily be the best way to handle something in Aurena. We are open to new ways of doing things, as long as we are able to perform things and access business critical information easily and efficiently. So I thought it would be good to share the limitations we are experiencing (the ones where I could not see any workarounds or other ways of doing them in Aurena), with the hope that, this will serve as constructive feedback to IFS, hopefully catalyst to enhancements and also other customers/partners who have faced and handled similar issues can share their thoughts and ideas.
