Hi Mate, One particuler user reported problems with not saving changes in "my start page". anything what is being changed (added) is not saved after exiting IFS, so all saved searches and titles are gone. Is there any known treat for this?   Amal

Hi All,I am converting lobbies from IEE to Aurena and noticed that the mailto links don’t work in the ‘Web Access URL Address’. Anyone knows how I need to change the old link to make it work in Aurena?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!Alice

Hello,I am reaching out to you to get some information regarding the upgrade projects that you might have done.I am currently working on an upgrade project from APPS9 to APPS10.  It has about 15 deliveries in total including 2 UPDs.  This takes about 30 hours in total to import the upgraded database and to install all the deliveries for the Managed Cloud.I was wondering whether it would be okay to deploy multiple deliveries including both UPDs and sending it as a single delivery.  Has anyone followed this approach before?It would be great if you could share your knowledge and approaches that you followed in the upgrade projects.Thank You

according to what we were originally told , app server / middleware UPD 8 and higher supported Windows 2019. Prior to that 2016, The question is can we upgrade the OS to 2019 prior to applying  IFS Apps 10 UPD 8 without the update 8 and 10 script breaking? Our DB server is already on 2019. Thanks for any guidance or experience that can be provided.

Where does a customer find available patches and / or release notes for Apps9 Updates? Recently learned we did not have a specific patch to properly create 1099s and had no idea a patch was either needed or available. Thanks in advance.

What is functional difference between V9 and V10 from finance module  ? If possible plz share document

Have there been issues Loading Apps10 - Release 6, Release 7, or Release 8?  Were there performance issues with any of these versions?

As far as I know that IFS is really a good ERP product and many of our customers spoke highly of it. Is there any opportunities that IFS will come back to China again?BR

Built a new IFS server and crystal reports are not working receiving the following error. Don’t have the CR_WEB_LOG.exe to retrieve additional error. TNS looks correct. Unexpected error while calling server method PrintReport/ReportFormatRequest ---> Ifs.Fnd.FndServerFaultException: Error in retrieving the saved PDF report from Crystal Web Service thank you 

I have created IFS10 instance with RTM Build and it’s working fine.Now I am getting error(PFB) while applying delivery to Update from RTM to UPD9,  We got Archive till UPD9. and we have created the delivery from it.Error in Ant-script: server\install_fndmws.xmlReported error is: The following error occurred while executing this line:C:\IFS\IFSEXT\repository\server\install_fndmws.xml:315: Failed to deploy applications. I have problem installing IFS 10 on Remote Desktop on Windows Server 2016. After installation, I have the error below when logging in to IFS  

In Aurena, i grant Training Event function (TrainingEventsHandling Projection) as read-only but the +/ edit /delete buttons are still available !once choosing ‘add’: The user will be allowed to enter all fields before a message 'No Access granted' will pop-up once he try to save it .why they are not disabled/invisible same as in Enterprise Explorer ? i have this problem in many functions ... any help will be much appreciated

Hi, what is the standard method for on-premise IFS customers to ensure their Oracle databases and Java components like WebLogic are patched?Are these patches included in Update deliveries, or are they installed separately? Who normally is responsible for ensuring Java and Oracle for the IFS environment are patched? IFS (via Deliveries), or the IFS Customer? If it’s the IFS customer, can the customer DBA just install the latest Oracle and Java patches on-demand, or do they need to be verified to be compatible with IFS first? i.e. will installing the latest patches break the IFS environment?

We just upgraded our DB to Oracle 19c and now we are unable to log into IFS IEE admin console. After some trouble shooting we found we cannot view external url links for authentication or even add any. anyone come across the same issues?

 When upgrading from IEE client to IFS Aurena, there is a need to give users access to Projections.Is there a way to “translate” Permission to database objects, Activities, Services or System Privileges to the corresponding Projections automatically?It will be a huge, time-consuming job to build up new Permission set with Projections manually.
