We have recently created a custom tab user the application owner. However it does not show on other user profiles. How can we add?

Hi All, I am try to import the new font which i have installed in font folder in report designer, but i am not able to add font in report designer. Hi Community, I am facing an issue with my order report text .I translated a few columns in another language in the Text translation page with respected language. And refresh cache also in Used language.Also mapping Report Font in these screens and then refreshing cache …When I see my preview of my order report then it is still shown like  ###### translated columns.Pls see below screenshot.I also installed the font in the TTF and XML folder of report designer path location under the font folder.execute run time script also.But still getting the below issue.Please let me know if I missed any steps.       

My colleague and I have tried to log on to the IFS customer portal today. https://www.ifs.com/login/Usually this works fine, but today we receive the error “Try again or contact your helpdesk”. We don’t have any other way of contacting our helpdesk than logging on to the portal… Please make sure the IFS customer portal is up and running again so that we can access the Customer Engagement Center.

Hi, Has any one had a 0x80004004 error when opening the BA client. We are on Apps 9. Only 1 user but typically it is senior finance at month end. Screen shot attached  

Trying to delete shop orders and getting the below error - Apps 8 

We are in the process of converting users to Aurena. However, when Error/Warning/Information messages pop up in the corner of the page, they fade out within a second or two. A majority of the time, the verbiage cannot be read prior to the fade out. Is there a system parameter or other setting that can increase the timing of these pop-ups? Thanks,Jeff Nattermann

Hi!We are facing an error in _ant_generateDB in which the files are not generated if model file was not updated.For instance, if only a.plsql file of an already existent logical unitis modified, the build process in ISD does not generate the respective .api/.apy/.apv files.We need to force a dummy change in the .entity/.utility file in order to make the build process recognize the change and generate the installation files. After some investigation we found out that the problem is related with the file ifs-dev-buildtasks.jar (placed in BUILD_HOME\build\IfsBuildTasks\developer.studio.libs).The current one that has the issue is version 10.5.5499.0.For testing I updated that file to version 10.6.6006.0 (copied from another customer environment that does not have this build issue) and then the build ended up perfectly with all .api/.apy/.apv generated without the need of changing the model files.  Questions are:Is it safe to update that file manually from 10.5.5499.0  to 10.6.6006.0 direct

Hi Community, I have found below installation error below when deploying UPD12.!!!Error occurred while executing Plsql BlockBEGIN Object_Connection_SYS.Refresh_Active_List__(5);END;ORA-20105: Assert.IS_LOGICAL_UNIT: "CounselingPlan" is non existing logical unit. But I can't find a logical unit called "CounselingPlan".So do I need to follow any manual steps to fix this? Thanks,Kalana

Every now and then IFS will open the IFS Online Documentation screen for no reason when opening an IFS screen. E.g. opening the screen for Inventory Part In Stock.  But it can come up anywhere .  Often there are multiples of these, usually 3 to 8 but occasionally it will open 10 or 20 of these searches. IFS doesn’t recognize it as a reported problem.

The customer received a UPD11 delivery from us.  They ran it through their antivirus software, Sophos, which flagged it as Ransomware.   Role: ACS Server Running IFS 10 – TEST Environment (App Server) Sophos Finding: Ransomware Location: CryptoGuard detected ransomware in D:\ProgramFiles\IFSApp\repository\installer\jre\bin\java.exe Has anyone seen this before?  Should IFS repackage and redeliver UPD11?  Should they apply UPD11 anyway??  Customer is panicking. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hoping i can get some help, i am struggling to get the connect reader to work for FTP and am hoping someone can check my setup.Note, the FTP sender is working but the reader info isnt clear how i should setup.In particular what should i be putting in the:‘IN_DIRECTORY’‘RESPONSE_DIRECTORY’ Also, how does that tie in for the routing rule I know the FTP server log on details are correct as the sender is working correctly I feel am almost there, but i am not even seeing any log files:$FNDEXT_HOME/instance/$INSTANCE/logs/connectserver/SWAIN_ftpreader1.logDo i need to set any application server task to poll the jobs?     

Hi, my organisation are currently going through an upgrade from Apps 8 to 10 and are looking for customers who have successfully implemented and are using OLAP Cubes.  I am the Programme Manager of the upgrade and would be really grateful if anyone has any information or knowledge they would be happy to share.  All the better if you would be able to spare some time via a teams call.  Unfortunately that knowledge is very limited by IFS, they have a fantastic technical person abroad but would really love to speak to end users for lessons learned and how they approached use of the module.  Many thanks

Can you export/import all active users personal profile in mass? I know you can individually but we have 180+ users. Is there a better way in APPS10? Thank you,

Is there a way to change the date format along with the laguage changes? For example, a French customer has requested that the English date format MM/DD to be changed to DD/MM when selecting the language to “French” as well.  The date format at the bottom of the graph is in English date format even though the client is running Windows client in French and the user have French language selected. For example, the first need to be “13/07-30/07” and not “07/13-07-30”.

In preparation for our next UPD delivery, I am trying to cleanup our development environment and remove several instances of IFS apps 10 from our middleware server. What is the best practice to remove an installation of apps 10 from the middleware server in order to free-up resources (ports, memory, disk space etc.)?
