Count of users in Shop Floor Workbench CTU

Hi

 

We have a CTU User limit of 350 in the SFW CTU
and Current usage says 350

We have on one site 258 Shop Floor employees set as Workbench User
and on another site 12 employees

So the question is how 270 users count as 350?
Or are some other users also counted?

Hi @PBV,

If i’m not mistaken, if a maintenance employee belongs to multiple maintenance groups/teams, those employees will be counted multiple times towards the final license count. Probably worth having a look at the team structure.

Thank for the answer
We are not using Maintenance at all, but your answer pointed us in the direction of Shop Floor Teams

We can now see, that the User count is the sum of Shop Floor Employees and Active Shop Floor Teams
